I had to hold onto that hope. I had to believe that Kade hadn’t been completely manipulated yet.
“That may be true, but even then, we still can’t just openly walk into Kade’s territory.” He stood and took me by the elbows, helping me to my feet. “I’m going to make some calls first thing in the morning. Can you wait until then?”
I wanted to run off right now, but I nodded anyway. I had to trust Samson; had to trust that he knew what he was doing.
With that, Samson gently guided me over to the door. Tyler, having heard the commotion, was approaching in the hallway—bleary-eyed and confused from being woken up. Samson handed me to him. “Tyler, take her to her room. We’ll meet in the morning.”

“And… He agreed to let us attend the wedding under his name.”
My eyes widened. “What does that mean for us?”
“It means,” Samson said, “that this might be our chance to slip into Crescent Hollow pack undetected on the weekend of the wedding.” He took a step forward. “It will give us the opportunity to get close enough to Kade so that we can approach him in person and tell him everything.”
I swallowed around the sudden lump that had formed in my throat. This was a chance to get everything off my shoulders and get Ivy back, but it was also terrifying. I didn’t know how Kade would react once I told him that I
