“Is he with you at the Origin Games‘ tenth anniversary party?” Pamela’s voice kept echoing from Sierra’s phone. Can you help me find him? I feel really sick right now and kind of awful.”
“How much are you paying?” Sierra asked. She was so used to this move from Pamela that she could handle Pamela calmly.
Pamela froze. She hadn’t expected that.
“If it’s less than ten million dollars, you can forget about it,” Sierra said lazily. “I don’t have time for small jobs like yours.”
“I…” The line cut off with the busy tone as Sierra hung up without hesitation.
Leona and the others all looked over, curious. “Sierra, who was that?”
“Just a scam call. I was messing with them a little,” Sierra said as she put on her gown. She moved quickly, putting on light makeup and fixing her hair.
Jenny, Leona, and the others couldn’t help but stare at her speed in admiration.
With less than half an hour before they had to go onstage, Sierra had already finished changing. She did the makeup for the others as well, tidying their hair and adjusting their accessories.

“With skills like this, why didn’t you go and become a makeup artist?” Leona couldn’t help but praise Sierra when she saw how amazing she looked after letting Sierra style her.
Sierra paused.
That was true.
She felt like she could do makeup on the side.
Twenty minutes later, it was time for their act, “Origin Games“.
The performance was based on Origin Games‘ first title, which was also called Origin Games. Sierra played the piano piece, and the other four acted out the in–game characters.
The theme of the tenth anniversary celebration was original aspiration. When Sierra saw that, she had gone through everything she could find about Origin Games and finally settled on this program.
“Didn’t expect your little wife to be this good at playing with one’s emotions,” Kenneth said as he watched the performance and gave a sincere opinion. “If the founders of Origin Games saw this, they would have given the performance full marks.”
John simply kept his eyes on Sierra.
She sat at the piano with easy grace, her slender fingers moying across the black and white keys, her face calm and confident in a way he hadn’t seen for a long time.
Kenneth noticed how focused John’s gaze was. He was just about to say something when his phone suddenly buzzed in his pocket.
“Hello?” His tone was casual.
“Hello, Mr. Gomez. This is Pamela,” Pamela’s voice came through the line.

Kenneth blinked, then turned his head slightly to look at the man beside him.
Sensing his gaze, John asked, “What is it?”
“Is that John talking? Is he with you? Can you put him on? I can’t get through to his phone,” Pamela said in a
weak voice.
Kenneth really wanted to say no, but John had already said something just now/It would be pointless to deny it
