Sierra couldn’t really call the police. Lucas was her father, and if the police showed up, it would not look good for her either.

“All you ever do is fool around. What would you know?” Lucas was as rude as ever. “You’re the only one who can open that.”

“I don’t have a key,” Sierra said.

“Your mom set it up with your face and your iris via facial recognition,” Lucas said, already impatient. “You just go over, the scanner a press, and the door will open by itself.”
