Chapter 130 The Black Ridge Explosion
Derek was pinned to the floor by boots, but he still had enough breath to sheer. “Yeah! I drugged her! Five more minutes and I would’ve been inside her! Hahaha!”
Sebastian didn’t say a word. He stepped forward and delivered a kick to Derek’s face that shattered his jaw.
“You touched what’s mine. You’re already dead.”
Amelia was his heart. He’d never even raised a hand to her, treating her like a porcelain doll, and this filth had laid hands on her? Derek had just signed his death warrant.
Sebastian grabbed a steel bar from the floor and began to methodically break Derek’s face until the man was unrecognizable, blood pooling on the concrete.
“Amelia!”
“Sophia!”
The three Bennett brothers burst into the factory, freezing at the carnage before them.
Sophia was huddled in the corner, nearly naked and shivering, while Amelia was in Sebastian’s arms, barely conscious. The Sterling security team blocked them from getting any closer.
“Sebastian… I… I can’t…..”
Amelia’s voice was a ghost of a whisper. She wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face in the crook of his shoulder.
The heat was agonizing, and the only thing that felt good was the cool silk of his shirt and his steady heartbeat. She wanted more. She needed him.
“Amelia, we’re going home.”
Sebastian’s eyes were dark with a hunger of his own, his voice a low, dangerous rumble.
He scooped her up and turned to leave.
That’s when Derek let out a bloody, wet laugh. “Sebastian… we’re going to hell together!”
“Sir! He’s got a detonator!”
Ryan, who had just entered, screamed and lunged toward Sebastian.
His only job was to keep the boss alive, no matter the cost.
“Amelia!”
“Sophia!”
The brothers shouted different names as the world ended.

Chapter 130 The Mack Richtje Explosion
Finished
BOOM! A massive explosion ripped through the factory, a fireball erupting that could be seen for miles. The building groaned and began to collapse,
In the aftermath. Ryan struggled to his feet, squinting through the smoke. “Mr. Sterling! Sebastian! Where are you?”
If the boss was dead, he might as well put a bullet in his own head.
Then, a figure emerged from the flames. Sebastian walked out of the ruins, his face caked in soot but his expression like granite. He was shielding Amelia with his own body. He looked at Ryan, his voice cold and steacy. “Clean this up. I’m taking Amelia to the hospital.”
Ryan saw they were both breathing and let out a sob of relief. “Yes, sir!”
Lucas had lunged in front of Sophia when the blast hit. He’d taken a piece of shrapnel to the head and was out cold.
Julian scrambled over with the medics to get Lucas onto a stretcher. “Lucas! Stay with me, man!”
Sophia crawled out of the dirt, looking like a drowned rat. She tried to grab Alexander’s arm. “Alex! I’m so scared! He almost killed me! Alex!”
Alexander looked at her hand with pure disgust. He shoved her away, his face a mask of ice. “Are you gonna look me in the eye and tell me you didn’t plan this?”
Sophia was still trembling from the shock. “I don’t know what you’re talking about! I’m a victim! Amelia saved that scholarship girl but left me for dead!”
“Why were you at Black Ridge in the first place, Sophia? Tell me!” Alexander roared.
He’d already seen the bank records. Sophia had left the house and come straight here, and there was a wire transfer to one of Derek’s crew.
She sold her own sister out. She actually did it.
Sophia hugged herself, tears streaming down her face. Her favorite brother was looking at her like she was
a monster.
She couldn’t admit it. Not now. “I was kidnapped on the road! I didn’t do anything!”
“Fine.” Alexander let out a cold, hollow laugh. “Derek is dead, but the cops are gonna find the truth. And when they do, I’m not lifting a finger to help you.”
The police swarmed the scene. Sophia tried to reach for Julian, but he just gave her a look that made her flinch.
