f**k Buddy, why did she use that word?

“My mom just told me that they will be coming tonight,” Sasha said and I looked up at her.

“For the celebration tomorrow night,” she explained and I nodded.

There is a celebration to celebrate the alliance between their Coven and our Pack as well.

come in,” she said and I nodded.

“That sounds like a good idea, in an event people might try something,” I supported and she smiled

at this.

“Are you sure you are okay? You seem really distracted,” she asked me and I just shrugged.

“It’s nothing, I just have a lot of work to do,” I answered.

Should I go and talk to Jade?

No, Onyx has warned me enough and he won’t do it again.

There is no need for me to try and explain myself to her.

I tried to stop thinking about the pain in her eyes as she said those words.

Jade wasn’t there, she hardly ate breakfast and didn’t even touch her lunch.

Jade walked in and she seemed really tired. I watched how everyone looked down as if feeling guilty for offending her earlier.

“Come on, sit and let’s have dinner,” Mom said and she shook her head.

“I am not hungry, “Jade answered and as she was about to walk away a voice spoke up.

“Well, that is too bad, isn’t it? I mean you can’t eat all these sweet treats on an empty stomach, the guy standing at the door said.

I looked at him, he was short and skinny with long brown hair.

“Tommy,” I watched as Jade’s entire face lit up in a way I had never seen before.

She ran to him and hugged him and he hugged her back as well.

What the f**k is going on?

Why is my wife hugging some other guy?

“Dad,” Jade said as she hugged her father and her brother.

“You are all here?” she asked them and they nodded.

“There is a celebration tomorrow night. Didn’t anyone tell you about it?” her mother asked her.

“No, they wouldn’t tell her about it. They all see her as nothing but Alpha Dante’s f**k buddy,” her

friend Addison said.

She also walked towards that guy and as she was about to hug him Felix held her hand.

“Don’t hug him,” he said and she looked at him confused.

“You are telling me, that I shouldn’t hug my childhood friend whom I have hugged more times than

I can count?” she asked him.

He hesitantly let her hand go and she hugged him.

I could tell Felix was dying inside which is weird because I feel the same as him,

“I bought you two something,” the guy said and then showed them the bag.

Addison took the bag and they looked at what was inside.

“Sweet,” Jade said with a giggle after looking at the bag.

I have never seen her so carefree.

He then filled his plate with vegetables and I frowned.

“I am surprised you came so early, we didn’t talk well that night,” Jade said to him.

“Well, you had a really big decision to make,” he said and she nodded.

“I am surprised that you mastered the courage to ask Mrs Bennett to come with them,” Addison

said.

“He didn’t, he asked Dad who asked Mom,” Jay said with a chuckle.

“You should have seen him, he looked like he was about to piss himself,” Isaac another cousin of Jade said,

“Are you still scared of my mother?” Jade asked him.

I don’t think she even realized that she called her my mother.

“Yes, he is,” Jay answered and Jade chuckled at this.

“So let me get this straight? You aren’t scared of me?” Mr Bennett asked and that Ted guy nodded. “Dad, you already know this. Don’t you remember that night when he wanted to ask Jade out? He

I looked at the guy and it’s clear that he is madly in love with Jade.
