Sitting in the car, Gavin rolled down the window and leaned out, calling to Melanie who was standing at the entrance of the Eclipse Noir Club.
"If you went to places like this less often, Dominic would treat you better."
Melanie found Gavin's advice amusing.

On the third day, when she went to the company to find Dominic with the completed proposal, Emilia's voice came from behind her before she could even knock on his door.

Seeing Melanie's surprised expression, which clearly showed she had no idea, Emilia's smile grew even more exaggerated.
