“Everyone, today’s fondue base is my special recipe! You’re gonna love it!”

Elmer was the first to dig in, then he asked, “Dora, what’s the good news today?

“Why the sudden urge for fondue?”

Dora raised her glass, her smile bright and radiant. “Of course, there’s good news!

“Mindy and Felix just got successfully matched, our families are officially in-laws now!”

Mindy raised her glass too, and the two of them exchanged a smile before clinking their glasses together.

“Cheers!”

Felix gazed at Mindy, his eyes soft and full of affection.

His gaze made Mindy self-conscious, she ducked her head to eat, her ears flushing bright red.

Milo, watching from the side, suddenly said with a sigh, “Felix, we’re family now.

“If you ever need anything, just let us know.”

Rock and Jaxsen both nodded in agreement.

Felix cupped his hands respectfully. “Thank you, everyone.”

Vivienne sat next to the head of the table, grinning from ear to ear as she looked around at all the young people in the room.

Iris sat beside Vivienne, occasionally stealing glances at Dora and her mates across the table, her eyes brimming with admiration.

Felix kept piling food onto Mindy’s plate, so attentive that Milo, Rock, and Jaxsen kept shooting each other meaningful looks.

“Felix,” Dora teased, unable to resist, “are you planning to stuff Mindy full before you take her home?”

Mindy’s face instantly turned bright red.

Felix didn’t even blink. “She’s my female mate. I like taking care of her.”

Everyone burst out laughing.

Mindy’s three beast mates joined in, laughing right along with the rest.

After a few rounds of drinks and a spread of dishes, the atmosphere was lively and relaxed.

Clive set down his fork and turned to Milo.

“Milo,” he said.

Milo immediately straightened up. “Yes, sir.”

“What have the guys from the guild been up to lately?” Clive asked.

‘Clive’s about to get down to business in front of the family, Milo thought.

Milo considered for a moment before replying, “Most of the guys are taking time off for the wet season.

“Those with a female mate are just spending time at home.

“The ones without a female mate are teaming up to hunt alien beasts and work on their supernatural abilities.”

Clive nodded. “There’s something I need you to take care of.”

Milo listened closely.

“For the guys with a female mate, have them take advantage of their break to get their female mate’s Spatial Realm planting going,” Clive said.

“I’ll supply the seeds.

“Dora can provide guidance.

“The goal is so every guy can eat enough homegrown crystal energy food.”

Milo’s eyes lit up.

“This isn’t just a task, it’s a bonus!’ Milo thought.

“Clive, don’t worry. I’ll get the word out right away!” Milo said, thumping his chest.

“I guarantee every guy will treat this as their top priority!”

Dora listened from the side, a faint smile tugging at her lips.

Clive might not say much, but he always handles things with care.

The guys who came from the Planet Ashen-III were always short on resources.

With these seeds and their female mate’s Spatial Realm planting, they could finally start to get back on their feet.

She glanced at Clive, her gaze soft and gentle.

Hearing this, Iris timidly piped up from the side, “Dora, Clive, can I help out too?”

Clive raised his glass in response.

Lucian set down his fork, his pale golden eyes sweeping over everyone in the room.

“That fake Boss Clive is dead set on accusing Blackflame Trading Guild of smuggling crystal ore,” he said.

The living room fell silent for a moment.

“He claims that batch of crystal ore is being used to make weapons,” Lucian continued.

“He also says Blackflame Trading Guild is planning to build its own army to rival the military.”

Dora and Rafe exchanged a glance.

A sharp glint flashed in both their eyes.

“Making weapons?” Rafe pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses, his blue eyes shining with a calculating look. “Sounds like a plan.”

Dora’s lips curled into a smile. “Having our own army? That’s actually genius.”

Lucian looked at them, raising an eyebrow.

Dora turned to him. “Since that fake Boss Clive is so determined to accuse us, why not make it real for him…

“Out here among the stars, powerful families are allowed to have their own armed forces.

“And now, we’ve already got the power to do just that, right?”

She paused, glancing around at everyone.

“We’ve got crystal ore,” Dora said.

Rafe added, “I’ve got the weapon blueprints.”

Clive nodded. “Blackflame Trading Guild’s got the people.”

“Clive, you’re in charge of getting the single males at Blackflame Trading Guild back in action,” Dora said.

Clive nodded.

“Rafe, you’ll handle the weapon blueprints and all the parts,” Dora continued.

Rafe adjusted his glasses with a smirk. “No problem.

“I’ve got a little ‘private stash’ too.”

“Lioren, let’s hold off on using the crystal ore from the Frostveil Planet for now, we don’t want to tip anyone off,” Dora said.

“What we’ve got stored in the Spatial Realm should be enough for a while.

“You’ll handle all the tech stuff when it comes to the crystal ore.”

Lioren nodded, his tail flicking gently.

“Elmer, you and Seven are in charge of food and supplies,” Dora said.

“When everyone’s tired from working, they’ve gotta have something warm to eat.”

Elmer’s white beast ears twitched as he patted his chest with confidence, grinning. “Don’t worry, Dora!

“Everyone’s gonna eat like kings, I promise!”

Dora finally turned to Felix, Jaxsen, and Rock.
