Mrs. Lopez’s expression was calm, and she even had a faint smile as she looked at him. “Mars, don’t panic. Lydia wouldn’t just make something like this up out of thin air.”

“Besides, have you forgotten? The baby in Autumn’s belly… hm?”

Mars froze.
