The third floor was much like the second, except the terrace was a lot narrower. Above that, the eaves flared upward in the same sweeping style.

The blue tiles on the roof, the deep red exterior walls, and the White Pine accents stacked along the edges, plus the bright doors and windows framed with White Pine. This house was so exquisite and beautiful, the craftsmanship was simply top-

It was like something straight out of an artist’s dream.

Everyone was totally blown away.

After a long moment, Danelle finally let out a gasp. “Is this… is this what a luxury villa looks like?”

Rodger blurted out, “This villa is way better than ours!”

Danelle shot back, ‘Of course it’s better! Did you see what kind of wood went into this?”

Emmett sighed, “When am I ever gonna get a house like this? I really miss my big villa!”

Rodger rolled his eyes, “Give it a rest, your old villa wasn’t as nice, and it wasn’t as big either!”

Too bad there weren’t any beds yet, so the rooms felt pretty bare.

Leeanne stepped out, moved her automatic shower cubicle and automatic toilet into the bathroom, then dragged the bed into the bedroom.

Finally, her bedroom wasn’t so empty anymore.

Danelle and the others finished their tour and made their way to the massive second–floor terrace.

Danelle looked around, then stretched out her arms. “Wow, this is so spacious! We could totally bring a table up here and play cards. Playing cards in the sunshine, now that’s living!”

Emmett added, “Yeah, not bad. We could even set up a sun umbrella”

Danelle laughed, “And we could put a couple of flower pots out here too!”

As soon as Danelle finished talking, the sea demon vine started crawling up the railing. Its lush green leaves wrapped around the fence, and clusters of pink blossoms popped up everywhere.

Danelle ran her hand over the vine, feeling a bit jealous. “Well, looks like we don’t even need to bring any flowers up here

Emmett called out, “Let’s go, let’s go! We still haven’t seen what the third floor looks like!”

Everyone took the stairs on either side and made their way up to the third floor.

The third floor was completely empty, with White Pine walls and Red Oak floors. There was a spacious hall that stretched from the front to the back, open and airy.

The floors at both ends of the hall were huge, flooding the space with natural light.

On each side of the hall were two bedrooms, making four bedrooms altogether.

Leeanne had designed it this way on purpose, curious if adding more bedrooms would earn her extra points.

Everyone kept gushing about how amazing it was as they looked around.

Emmett let out a sigh. “I could just move in here and never leave.”

Danelle snorted, “I wouldn’t even dare to think about that. Seriously, how do you even have the nerve?”

Emmett grinned, “Hey, my dreams are always a little out there!”

They spent ages wandering around, totally absorbed, before finally making their way back downstairs.

The view from the second–floor terrace was miles better than the deck below. Everyone just stood there, gazing out at the endless sea, not wanting to budge.

Leeanne just went ahead and had them haul up some tables and chairs, setting everything out on the terrace. The group kicked back on the second floor, basking in the sunlight.

Little Blue and Snowy loved the second floor too, dashing up there in no time. But Fluffy was left behind, struggling to climb the stairs. Every time it managed to get up one step, it would slide back down two.

Leeanne couldn’t help but laugh and scooped Fluffy up, carrying it upstairs.

Worried Fluffy might tumble down, Leeanne asked Apprentice 23 to keep an eye on it.

Since all the little ones had made their way upstairs, Leeanne brought up the swing chairs too, placing them opposite each other so everyone could sit face–to–face.

The sun was warm and gentle. Apprentice 23 was playfully tussling with the little critters for a spot on the swing chairs, while Rodger and the others gathered around the table, leaning back in their seats, eyes half–closed as they basked in the sunlight–utterly relaxed.

Leeanne was absolutely thrilled. Just building a three–story villa had sent her score skyrocketing by nearly a thomand points. ‘Master Kael’s designs really are on another level!‘ she thought.
