Hah!
When a person is truly speechless, they really do laugh.
Jane, sporting an impeccable smile, walked into the cabin.
Jason wasn't in the main cabin.
By the table near the window, Archer opened his drawing board. A colorful row of markers was neatly arranged, a cure for anyone's OCD.
Her gaze fell on his face, which looked exactly like Jason's. Jane walked over, her smile gentle. “Hi there, Archer... My name is Jane Quentin. You can call me Jane. It's so nice to meet you!”
“Hello, Ms. Quentin!”
The boy greeted her politely and picked up a pen to start drawing.
Jane sat across from him.
With Harriet's capabilities, she wouldn't be able to raise two children at all after the divorce.
What's more, the Whitaker family would absolutely never let her take Archer away.
So the person who would take care of him in the future would be...
“Archer, let me draw with you, okay?”
She picked up a marker.
When Jason came out of the lounge, what he saw was the scene of Jane and Archer with their heads bowed, drawing.
Harriet was woken up by a tickling sensation.
Opening her eyes, she saw Seraphina smiling, her eyes curved into crescents.
The little one was grabbing her hair and scratching her face.
Seeing that she was awake, Seraphina pointed out the window. “Mommy, look, cotton candy...”
Harriet turned her head.
She was stunned.
The snow-white clouds were lined with gold, clustering and overlapping one after another.
Framed in the window, moving as the plane advanced, it looked like a moving painting.
Radiant and beautiful.
The last second of her memory was falling asleep in embarrassment and frustration.
Harriet looked down again; she was covered by the blanket Lana had brought her.
So, Jason hadn't woken her up, but carried her onto the plane, blanket and all?
That bastard... no, the God of Wealth.
The icy God of Wealth actually had such a tender side?
The thought had just arisen.
Knock, knock!
