Catching the signal, the girl reached out and recklessly grabbed a fistful of expensive glass bottles. As expected, they slipped from her tiny hands, shattering into a million pieces on the hardwood floor.

Queenie's face drained of color. She rushed over, yelling, "Get out! You are not welcome here!"

Instead of showing a shred of remorse, the brat scoffed arrogantly. "Who cares! My dad said your trash perfumes won't ever sell anyway!"

"If they're just trash, I'll smash them all!"

She began grabbing every bottle within reach, violently hurling them at the ground.

"Get the hell out!"

Blinded by fury, Queenie grabbed the girl by the collar and shoved her toward the door. Stumbling backward, Romy hit the ground hard.

Instantly, the little girl erupted into ear-piercing wails.

"What is wrong with you?!" Renata screamed, shoving Queenie forcefully. "She's just a child! How can you be so vicious?!"

"Take your brat and get the hell out of my shop, or I swear I'll throw you out myself!"

"What the hell is going on?!"

A thunderous roar boomed from the doorway.

Zander had walked in right as Queenie screamed at the little girl, who was currently sobbing hysterically on the floor.

Trembling with uncontrollable rage, Queenie pulled out her phone and dialed the police. "Hello, I need an officer. People are trespassing and destroying my property—"

Before she could finish, Zander violently snatched the phone from her hand. "Do you need to be committed to a psych ward? You're completely unhinged! Calling the cops on your own family—have you lost your damn mind?"

Queenie swung her arm and slapped him across the face with everything she had.

No matter how strong she tried to be, she couldn't withstand this endless, soul-crushing abuse.

Her heart bled. "Calling the cops on your own family? Didn't you literally set the example for that tonight?! Where are all your high-minded morals now?! It's because you shield these two psychotic bitches that they feel bold enough to destroy my life!"

She screamed until her throat was raw.
