Night fell, the city lights flickered on, and a bright red sports car sped down the busy street.

On her way to Harmony Hotel, Cassia called Seven.

“Keep an eye on Sterling.”

She was worried that since she was gone, someone might try to get back at her by hurting Sterling while he was home alone.

Seven didn’t really get why Cassia suddenly called to say this, but her tense voice told him something must’ve happened on her side.

“Okay, don’t worry. I’ll go check on him right now.”

Seven hung up and rushed to Sterling’s room to watch over him.

Draven was standing on his balcony when he saw Seven running toward Sterling’s place in a hurry.

What happened? Seven was usually fast, but not this frantic.

He started wondering how Cassia was doing.

He pulled out his phone and dialed her number.

“Where are you?”

“Harmony Hotel. I don’t have time to explain.”

Beep…

She hung up.

Draven heard the loud roar of a sports car engine through the phone, along with Cassia’s slightly rushed breathing.

Without saying anything else, Draven grabbed his suit jacket from the couch, opened the door, and left.

He got in his car and headed straight for Harmony Hotel.

Cassia drove Queen with Geneva in the passenger seat, reaching the hotel in less than five minutes.

Geneva noticed a lot of people around the hotel wearing red scarves tied around their left arms. Some were crouching, some were standing.

She was already shocked by her daughter’s driving skills, but she was even more shocked by the bright red sports car.

“Cassia… This car?”

Cassia spotted Jake and the others hiding nearby. She gave Jake a barely noticeable nod.

Jake gave her an “OK” hand sign.

“I’ll explain later,” Cassia told Geneva, then quickly walked into the hotel.

Geneva snapped out of it.

Less than a minute after they walked in, a black luxury car pulled up at the entrance.

Draven stepped out, looked up at the tall hotel building, and his expression turned serious.

Inside the room, Danica had been knocked out by Tyne.

Tyne was breathing hard, like she was about to explode. She checked the time.

Nine minutes had passed. The money still wasn’t in her account.

Tyne looked around the room and spotted a cup on the table.

It was filled with water she had just boiled.

Even though it had been sitting there for a while, it was still hot.

It wasn’t boiling, but it was still around 170-180°F.

“Let’s see if you still won’t react!”

and walked back to Danica.

Looking at Danica’s face made her think of how fake Brie was.

After eating, Byron got bored because the room was full of adults, so he came out for air.

Cassia shoved him aside and shot him a cold look.

“Saving someone?” Byron looked at Geneva’s worried face.

He realized this was serious.
