The Stolen Heiress: The Billionaires’ Little Star novel Chapter 27

For people in Xavier's social circle, pulling any random person out meant dealing with someone worth tens of billions.

With massive fortunes and highly respected social standing, logically, they shouldn't have any worries in the world.

Except when it came to raising their children.

Penelope Hawthorne had a gentle and accommodating personality, yet she had somehow given birth to a son with an incredibly gloomy, brooding nature. She had never even seen him smile.

She frequently had nightmares where her son turned into a psychopathic serial killer and ended up behind bars.

At first, Penelope thought it was just because her son didn't have enough friends.

So, Quinn started making friends.

By now, Quinn had an endless trail of lackeys following him around, yet his gloomy personality remained exactly the same.

The more Penelope thought about it, the more she couldn't help but wipe her tears.

Harold Hawthorne was a reserved man, but seeing his wife crying so pitifully made him frown. He immediately made the executive decision: "Alright, we'll send him there to try it out."

Quinn finally had to interject. "Did anyone ask for my opinion?"

Harold acted as if he hadn't heard a thing, pulling out his phone. "Hold on, let me find the contact info for the production crew."

Penelope leaned against his arm, nodding eagerly.

"Mother. Father. I am not going," Quinn stated flatly.

Harold didn't even look back. "Alright, got the number."

"Oh, wonderful!" Penelope cheered happily.

Quinn was speechless.

The executive director of the show suddenly received an unknown call. "Hello? Who is this?"

"This is Harold Hawthorne."

The director wondered, *Who the hell is Harold Hawthorne? State your company and title! Are you here for a sponsorship or what?*

The thought barely crossed his mind before lightning struck his brain, and he realized exactly who he was talking to!

Harold Hawthorne!

Who else could it be! The Harold Hawthorne who owned luxury department stores all over the globe, the man sitting comfortably on the Forbes list!
