Read The Transactional Marriage That Imploded novel Bianca and Mathis Chapter 121 by Ansel Bick

Mathis Jagger hesitated for a long time before calling the famous divorce lawyer, Shayne North.

"Mr. North, draft a divorce agreement for me."

His voice was hoarse; he didn't know how he and Bianca Baldwin had ended up at this point.

It was getting hard to breathe.

Lately, Mathis and Cynthia Quinn's romance had been making headlines, and Shayne had heard the rumors, but he had no idea Mathis was actually married.

Didn't that make Cynthia the other woman?

Having seen his fair share of messy billionaire marriages, Shayne only paused for a few seconds before returning to his professional demeanor.

"Understood, Mr. Jagger. Just tell me your terms, and I'll include them."

Mathis listed his demands one by one, and Shayne replied, "I can have the draft ready for your review by tomorrow."

"Alright."

Mathis felt completely drained as he returned to the Begonia House, a home that no longer had her in it.

Even though the property had been transferred to her name, she refused to come back and look at it, even intending to sell their home.

She had no lingering attachment to their marriage, even calling it a cursed mistake.

Stepping into the living room, Mathis could almost see her shadow sitting at the dining table. It felt as if she were still bustling about in the kitchen.

By the bed in the master bedroom, Mathis thought he could catch the faint, familiar scent of her perfume, but she would never lie beside him again.

He touched Bianca's pillow. Why had everything gone so terribly wrong?

For the first time in the three months since she had left home, he trembled and cried.

He whispered softly, "Live well from now on... I'll slowly forget."

The next day, Milo Wilder took them to a top-tier beach in Austin City for some surfing, an area known for its stunning coastline and perfect waves.

Bianca wasn't in any condition to surf, but she wanted to see the ocean.

"I'm not feeling my best today. You guys go ahead," she declined.

Assuming it was just that time of the month, Milo didn't overthink it.

"I'll bring you back when you're feeling up to it."

"Okay."

Bianca lay on a lounge chair, sipping coconut water, leisurely watching them play. She gently caressed her lower abdomen. *Look at the ocean, baby. I hope this makes you feel a little better.*

Her phone rang. It was a Kingsbridge City number. Guessing it was Mathis, she ignored it.

Shortly after, a text from the same number arrived: [Pick up. I have something important to discuss regarding our divorce.]

Her heart raced. Mathis was finally ready to divorce her.

She called back, and Mathis's cold, detached voice came through. "Add my number back to your contacts. I'll send you the divorce agreement."
