Read The Transactional Marriage That Imploded novel Bianca and Mathis Chapter 87 by Ansel Bick

Jax knew how deeply Bianca valued loyalty. After his father passed away, she and her mother were the only ones who had ever treated him so well in this life. Moved, he said, "Alright, if I need anything, I will definitely tell you."

But in his heart, he had already made up his mind. No matter how hard or bitter things got, he would never burden Bianca with it.

Bianca urged, "Make sure you stay in touch often when you get back. I don't have many people around me, and I don't like living a lonely life. It makes me unhappy."

Yet, she was currently living an incredibly isolated life. Other than her coworkers, she didn't even have a single friend nearby.

Jax resolved, "I'll do everything I can to fix things when I go back. If I can't save it, I'll sell the company and move back to the country to be with you. I felt so guilty for not contacting you before. I felt like I had let you down."

Bianca said gently, "Jax, I would never think that way. No matter what happens, you are my brother. I hope everything goes smoothly for you."

Jax's heart swelled with emotion. "You too, Bianca."

That night, Bianca insisted on dropping Jax off at a five-star hotel. He only stayed for one night before flying out again the very next morning.

The negotiations with Fiyato lasted three days. It finally concluded with Fiyato making a substantial concession, while Stellaride Computing slightly lowered its price to seal the deal.

Milo, who had sat in on the entire negotiation, whispered to Bianca, "You guys are incredible. You tag-teamed my dad and actually wore him down. This is the first time he's ever conceded this much. You should know, my dad is a ruthless shark in the business world; getting him to compromise is practically unheard of."

Bianca said seriously, "Your dad knows he needs to embrace new technology. Even an older generation leader understands the need for progress, yet you fall asleep the second I bring up tech specs. How are you supposed to take over your family's company in the future?"

Milo brushed it off. "I'll just hire professional managers. My company is launching a new game this Saturday. You should come to the event and play it. I'll give you tickets. From what I can see, you're like a corporate robot, living life strictly between work and home."

Bianca scoffed. "Not everyone is as lucky as you, born with a silver spoon in their mouth. If we don't work hard, the market will weed us out. We stop working, we stop eating. You have to understand that even high-level corporate slaves are still just wage earners. We are in a completely different social class than you billionaires."

Mia nodded furiously from the side. Bianca's words resonated deeply with her.

At the very least, she could have some fun.

Milo treated Bianca to authentic Harbor City specialties at a very private restaurant.

Even so, the paparazzi following them still managed to use a drone to capture footage of them walking side by side.

The footage was sent back to their boss, who instructed, "Package this and send it to Mathis Jagger. His wife is out parading around with another man. Let's see if he can still stomach refusing a divorce."

"Got it!"

A few compressed files landed in Mathis's inbox. He opened them. The videos showed Bianca looking quite cozy with Milo on several occasions.
