The sight of two girls laughing as they held a fresh cake suddenly reminded her that Stella's birthday was just around the corner. She remembered how she and Stella used to be just as happy and carefree on their own birthdays.

Lost in these pleasant memories, Suzie boarded the bus as it pulled up. She carefully found a seat and took out her phone, searching for articles on prenatal health. As she was reading, a news alert popped up on her screen with “Baylor Group” in the headline.

Suzie was about to swipe it away when she saw Lexi’s name. Curiosity piqued, she tapped the link and quickly scanned the article. It reported that Mirage Studio's senior photographer, Lexi, had not only received high praise from the Baylor Group for her latest work but had also caused a major stir in the industry, blowing up overnight.

Suzie understood now. The work she had shot was credited to Lexi. Aside from the money, all the glory was Lexi's.

Watching a video of Lexi accepting the accolades with a proud and entitled expression, Suzie couldn't help but feel a pang of disappointment.
