With a cold expression, she announced, "Fine, you don't have to go. But starting today, every Friday or Saturday, you will bring Nova to the estate, and you will come with her. You won't leave at night—you'll sleep here. That includes tonight. After I get back from the abbey, I expect to see both of you here."

"Furthermore, starting this month, you will accompany Nova to her prenatal checkups no less than five times. You will sleep at Clearwater Manor every single night, and I will have someone making sure you do."

"You will personally oversee Nova's daily life—what she wears, what she uses. You can start preparing for the baby's arrival right now."

Belinda was dead set on forcing them together.
