I sat naked on the floor of the bathroom in my room, hugging my knees, my back pressed against the cold wall, crying until my throat burned. The water from the shower poured down on me, hot and endless, but it could not wash off the filth I felt all over my body. I scrubbed my arms until they turned red, and still, I could feel his hands on me, his weight, his breath.
The memories kept flashing back in my mind, refusing to leave me a moment of rest. It was as though I was living through it all over again.
I saw myself in the room belonging to Big Bryan. The moment he came out of the bathroom and called me "caged bird." The moment I got off the bed and tried to run. The moment he caught me before I could get away.
Despite how weak the injection had made me, I had refused to give in without a fight.
My phone and the packs of condoms Lucia had given me fell from my hand as he pulled the needle out. My legs gave way and I landed on the floor, but I still tried to fight. I reached for my phone with all my might and went straight for my dialer while he laughed, taking his sweet time. He must have noticed what I was doing, because he reached for my phone.
But the first number I dialed wasn't Scarlett's unfortunately. It was Lucia's. And she answered immediately.
"Help me! Help me, Lucia!" I cried. "The man in the room is Big Bryan! He's my enemy! He's a horrible man!"

I officially hate everyone for hurting Tasha and allowing things to happen to her. This whole Sparrow and Scarlett situation is some BS....
It’s a bit stupid that as powerful and ruthless sparrow is he and Scarlett sure do a lousy job of protecting and having guard on Tasha. Like how did all of this happen to her if he was supposed to be protecting her based on the contract??...
