I looked up at him, letting my voice crack. "Cara came to Sin Island with her best friend, and her best friend died. I look like that best friend. That's why Cara cares about me. That's why she decided to help me."
He was quiet for a while, then shook his head again. "No. I can't risk covering for you. The Don would be furious if he found out something like this."
"Please." I clutched his hand between both of mine. "I'll be back in seven days. Cara will cover for me until then. No one will ever know. Just pretend you did not notice I am not Cara."
He shook his head. "I can't help you."
I swallowed the anger rising in my chest and got to my feet. My fingers found the hem of my dress, and I pulled it over my head, slow, letting the fabric whisper up my thighs, my hips, my breasts. I took out my bag of pills together with my dress. I couldn't take the risk of anyone taking it away from me.
"I can give you even more sugar than Cara does," I said softly, after dumping my dress with my bag of pills hidden inside. "And when I return in seven days, I'll give you some more. All I need is for you to cover for me until I bury my father and come back."
His eyes traveled down my body, and his tongue came out to wet his lips. The front of his pants grew tight. I pressed my palms flat against his chest and rubbed slow circles over his shirt. "Being on this boat all the time must be cold and stressful and lonely. Let me help you de-stress."
He let out a rough breath. "Okay."
He unbuckled his pants, and while his hands were busy, I reached behind me, pulled the bag of pills from my dress, and slid it under the bed. When I turned back, his lower body was already naked, his cock standing thick and dark against his belly. I went to my knees without a word and took him into my mouth.
