Sophia made a teasing smile. Vivienne asked sharply, “What do you mean?”

Sophia shook her head. “You really believe in that quick feeling?”

Vivienne was about to say more, but Nova, worried she’d cause trouble, pulled her away. Leaving Nathaniel’s office happily, Sophia looked at James and said with a smile, “I saw Charlotte this afternoon.”

James looked at her. Sophia smiled and said, “Her high school classmate is getting married next Tuesday, Melody was showing off a designer bag and a big diamond ring. She even tried to invite Charlotte to the wedding.

“I overheard them talking. There seems to be some misunderstanding. And Griffin doesn’t seem like a good person.”

James said calmly, “Charlotte won’t go.”

Sophia raised an eyebrow. “How do you know? I thought you weren’t close with Charlotte. Or do you actually know Melody and Griffin too?”

James didn’t answer. “If there’s nothing else, I’ll leave now.”

Sophia watched him walk away and clicked her tongue. “Stubborn,” she muttered. “Let’s see how long you keep that up.”

Back in the dorm, Nadia was already back from the infirmary. Nova was helping Vivienne pack to move rooms. With the door open, curious students peeked in.

Nadia asked quietly, “Sophia, what’s going on here?”

Sophia looked outside and said, “Vivienne spread rumors about r

me online, so I moved her to another dorm.”

Everyone fell silent. Those who had believed Vivienne quickly shut their doors, trying to hide.

Before Vivienne could get angry, Nova cut in sharply, “Vivienne, if you cause to gain, you’ll have to face Savannah.”

Nova looked at her silently, making Vivienne feel humiliated. She thought bitterly, ‘Once I marry into the Hartwick family, I’ll make Sophia pay!

Vivienne went up to Sophia and asked, “What do you mean by that?”

Sophia looked at her with pity. “How did you even get into Jelasburg University? You’re being used by Yvette and don’t even realize it. How sad.”

Vivienne refused to admit she was foolish. “Why would she use me?” she asked sharply.

Sophia’s eyes flashed with meanness. “Because she wants what you want. You two are rivals.”

Vivienne’s face changed. Sophia watched happily and said, “I warned you long ago–Yvette is no good, but you wouldn’t listen. Honestly, I almost feel sorry for you. You’re just a pawn.”

Vivienne’s face looked even more upset. Nova beside her said politely, “Thank you for reminding her, Sophia.”

Sophia said, “No need to thank me. Vivienne needs to face the tough world first, then she can truly grow up. Otherwise, even if she marries into the Hartwick family, I doubt that marriage would last.”

Nova nodded. “I’ll help Vivienne grow up,” she said.

Vivienne felt angry and almost choked with rage.

The room change wasn’t far. No one wanted to swap when they heard it was Room 604. In the end, only one student from Room 605 agreed to patch. with Vivienne.

Diana, who had been hiding behind her bed curtains, suddenly pulled them open. Her eyes looked around as she checked out Peggy. Proudly, she said, “I’m Diana, studying Finance.”

When she said “Finance“, everyone except Sophia froze. Nadia quickly looked at Diana.

Though not the favorite, Nadia knew that to do well in finance, one needed money or good connections.

Sophia barely reacted as her phone buzzed with messages–one from Maelis saying the subway video was deleted. She ignored it. Some were from
