Nolan was rendered speechless. It seemed that human nature could not be tested even to this day.
"Are you done?"
Nolan's expression grew icy, and as he glared at George, a chill could be seen in his eyes. However, George remained oblivious to the gravity of the situation and continued to humiliate Nolan without end.
"What? Did it strike a chord and touch your vulnerable spot? Nolan, young man, there are plenty of things to do than mooching off a woman. Why deceive someone's emotions? Can't you find another sin to indulge in instead?
"You have no shame whatsoever. Listen, from now on, stay away from Audrey. It's good that you came here today. I want to make this clear in advance. If you keep bothering Audrey, be prepared for me to treat you without mercy!"

"A person who would betray their own daughter's happiness does not deserve respect from anyone. And as Audrey is my friend, I have every right to express my anger on her behalf. But now, it seems that you have forgotten all about it.
"I also want to know how you plan on being hostile toward me. Will you physically assault me? Yell at me? Or are you considering killing me?"
George was livid when he saw that Nolan had the nerve to bring up the threat in the hospital. "I didn't even brought up the hospital, so how dare you mention it!
