Nolan Greene?
Owen paused to think for a moment, then shook his head. "Never heard of the name. He's not worth paying attention to. Probably just a young upstart who stumbled upon some secret formula and managed to create Myth Group out of sheer luck.
"Heh, from what you've described, his willingness to adapt only confirms my suspicion. He's likely some nobody who popped up out of nowhere, and one without much courage at that."
As he spoke, Owen walked over and personally helped Malcolm to his feet. With a smile, he said, "Mr. Gould, my sincerest apologies. My men were a tad too heavy-handed and misunderstood my intentions. Are you alright?"
Malcolm looked at Owen before turning to glare viciously at Tyson, who stood nearby. In a cold voice, he said, "Mr. Lamb, I've treated you well, and the company trusted you enough to task you with important responsibilities. And this is how you repay me? How you repay the company? Traitors never meet a good end. Mark my words—you will suffer greatly for this!"
Tyson initially felt a mix of fear and guilt toward Malcolm, but the moment he heard Malcolm still issuing threats despite his condition, anger flared within him.
"Mr. Gould, spare me the talk about 'tasking me with important responsibilities.' Did you ever truly see me as anything more than a tool? To the outside world, I'm the mighty vice president of Myth Group, but in reality? I can't even gain control over a single vial of Spirit of Life Serum. Ha, I might as well be a nobody.
"If you want to blame someone, blame yourself for being too selfish. You've made life miserable for everyone—so why should we keep following you? Don't you agree?"
Looking at Tyson, who seemed so righteous and self-assured, Malcolm didn't bother explaining. Instead, he chuckled coldly and said, "Back when you were at rock bottom, drowning in debt collectors banging on your door, it was me who saved you. I paid off your debts and gave you a high-paying position.
