Chapter 67 Fedlecom
Chapter 67 Fire Element Arcane Soll
Chloe started by collecting the Rune Pen.
[Basic Rune Pen: A pen capable of inscribing multiple elemental Magic Runes. Highly energized.
[Quality: Epic]
As she stored it away, a system notification appeared.
[You have crafted an Epic item. Craftsmanship increased. Current Craftsmanship: (168/1000), Craftsmanship Stage One. [Craftsmanship Level unlocked.
[Craftsmanship Level is supported by Craftsmanship Points. Any form of crafting, including but not limited to potions, alchemy, woodworking, forging, enchanting, tailoring, blacksmithing, and more, can accumulate Craftsmanship Points when creating items.
[Craftsmanship Points are shared across all disciplines.
[The higher your Craftsmanship Level, the stronger the effects of the items you create.
[Stages 1-3: Apprentice. Stages 4-6: Expert. Stages 7-9: Master.
[Higher stages allow you to create items with more powerful effects.]
Chloe was stunned.
So, life-skill players actually had a progression path like this.
‘This is great, she thought.
She wondered what level players like MintyGrass, LilNimbus, and CarpenterSoul had reached.
Still, the game really was an open world. The system didn’t spell everything out. She only learned things after triggering
them.
Setting that aside, Chloe grabbed the Rune Pen, Rune Ink, and two portions of Epic Snow Spirit liquid as her spiritual binding medium, then headed over to her soil.
Now that she was a Level 1 Lord, she could directly plan her land.
She now had a 7-by-7-foot plot of soil, a sizable area that let her set aside a 3-by-4-foot section for planting.
She circled the Arcane Soil Purifier and marked off a 9-by-9-foot area beside it, nine plots arranged in a 3-by-3 grid, then began inscribing a Growth Symbol.
Using the Rune Pen and specialized Rune Ink, she channeled magic to draw the symbol.
The process required continuous magic output.
It was long.
Chloe focused completely. Snow piled onto her body, but with her magic constantly circulating, the Prakes near her swirled in the air like part of a painting.
Orange-red runes traced across the ground. Wherever they touched the snow, it melted slowly from the heat.
Four hours later, she finished the final stroke.
Hungry and exhausted, she felt completely drained, like she couldn’t move another inch.
Chloe held an Epic Ignis Crystal in her hand.
She paused to recover. Her vision blurred at the edges. Only the Legendary Arcane Defense Tower nearby gave her a sense of safety.
The sky had gone fully dark. Thick snow drifted down in the night.
The final step required injecting magic and placing the Ignis Crystal into the formation.
But Chloe was too tired. And when people finished something long and grueling, they often stopped right at the final step
to rest for a moment:
She was no exception.

It was a rare occasion for Chloe to build a campfire outside her Cap. it widn’t burn well, but it was enough.
Snowflakes fell like white spirits through the dim light.
Chapter 67 Fue Fleet Arcane SOA
She took out her ceramic tea set and heated dew over the fire.
he wore a wintersnowsuit, and the flakes that drifted onto her didn’t even melt because of the freezing temperature -outside. After a full day of exhaustion, she decided to reward herself. She ate a Flame Fruit to warm up.
Then, she set up a grill and traded a few pieces of premium wood through Trading Post for a freshly killed rabbit from the day before.
The system processed the meat and placed it on the grill, where it slowry sizzled and turned.
Chloe squeezed a bit of Flame Fruit juice over it, spreading it evenly
The fire brought out a rich, sweet aroma.
‘Maybe I can find herbs later to use as seasoning.
The thought came as she inhaled the scent.
When the rabbit was done, she took it off the grill. The Flame Fruit juice made the meat especially flavorful and cut down most of the gamey taste.
She almost didn’t want to sell the rest of her Flame Fruits anymore.
She took a sip of the heated dew from her ceramic pot, warming her stomach The Crystal of Knowledge around her neck cast a soft glow over the snowy ground.
She focused entirely on eating, immersing herself in this brief twenty-minute break.
Nearby, the Arcane Defense Tower roared and unleashed spells into the night, clearing out invading monsters. The wind howled, magic crackled, but none of it disturbed her.
It had been a full week since the beginner phase began. Chloe had been working nonstop just to survive.
This was one of the rare times she allowed herself to rest.
The unfamiliar game, the monsters, the strange world, and the uncertainty of this apocalyptic survival setting all felt far away right now.
At this moment, she was just an ordinary player enjoying a simple bit of happiness, a hot meal, a warm drink, and a body no longer frozen.
Chloe believed things would only get better from here.
The noise around her quieted. She finished every last bite of the roasted meat, then rinsed her hands in the snow.
Standing up, she gripped the Ignis Crystal and walked to the nearly completed Growth Rune.
She injected her magic and placed the crystal into the formation.
The previously dim rune, glowing faintly, suddenly flared to life the moment the crystal settled into place.
It looked like cracks of fire spreading across the earth.
A dense fire-element aura surged outward through the rune, radiating so much heat that even Chloe felt it for a moment.
A wave of warmth rolled over her. The dark soil gradually turned red, tinged with a deeper crimson.
Chloe let out a breath.
Putting on her Flora Whisperer’s Cap, she checked the soil’s status.
[Corruption: 32%
[Fire Element: 17%… 19%… 22% ]
The fire element was still steadily rising.
Chloe was surprised. Over the past few days, the soil’s Corruption had dropped quite a bit.
She walked over to the purifier.
