Shirley walked over and spoke gently. “Waldo, the summit’s about to start. We should take our seats.”

Waldo pulled his gaze away and nodded. “Let’s go.”

As soon as they stepped into the summit hall, they spotted Nestor chatting with someone. Waldo headed straight over, and Shirley called out with a bright smile, “Dad!”

Nestor turned and saw them. His face lit up with a proud grin. “Shirley, Waldo, I’m glad you both made it.”

Someone nearby chimed in, “Well, look who it is! Shirley, you’re the genius behind Resonance AI, right? The James Group’s biggest hit!”

Nestor’s chest puffed up even more. “That’s right. Shirley developed it herself.”

A wave of compliments followed.
