Chaos Girl Rewrites the Script novel Chapter 168

The autumn sun was bright, but it paled in comparison to the fierce intensity radiating from the young man.

Under the watchful eyes of the entire school, Julian showered Vivienne with blatant favoritism—at least, that was how it looked to the outside world.

Aurelia had secretly hoped that this display of partiality was just Julian acting on his own, but the moment Wesley Crain appeared at the school gates, she knew she had been delusional.

So Alaric knew about this too?

She couldn't understand it. Why was Alaric indulging Vivienne as well?

Wesley stepped forward to take Vivienne from Julian's arms. "Julian, the boss is still negotiating with the Whitmore family. He ordered me to escort Miss Lexton back to Obsidian Estate first."

The moment Julianne had her breakdown, the school had contacted both families.

The Whitmore family's response was swift. They immediately dispatched their family doctor and a legal team. The lawyers had already categorized the incident as an extreme case of juvenile delinquency and had contacted the police, demanding Vivienne's detainment.

While Julian was heading to the infirmary, Alaric was sitting in the school board's office, negotiating with the Whitmore family's legal team.

After delivering his message, Wesley opened the car door, preparing to place Vivienne inside. But just as he moved, he suddenly froze and cleared his throat awkwardly. "Miss Lexton, maybe it's best if you get in yourself?"

Ever since Vivienne had ripped into him like a psycho, he couldn't even look at the action of "shoving" someone into a car without cringing.

Vivienne's mouth twitched, and she silently climbed into the back seat.

Bianca had completely lost any desire to attend class. She scrambled into the car from the other side in a flash.

Seeing Vivienne's grave expression, Julian assumed she was scared. He rapped his knuckles impatiently against the window. Vivienne rolled down the glass and looked at him.

"Don't be scared," Julian said. "That idiot Cyril is already looking for evidence. Even though he's pretty useless, he's more than capable of handling the brain-dead Whitmore family."

Meanwhile...

An elegant, aristocratic young man stood outside the girls' restroom on the third floor of the middle school building. He glanced up at the security camera in the corner before turning and strolling down the hallway toward Elite Class 3.

The students of Class 3 were still recovering from the shock, huddled in small groups and whispering anxiously.

Mina Blackthorne was growing irritated by the constant gossip about Vivienne. She stood up to step outside for some peace and quiet. But the moment she walked out the door, she saw a boy who looked like an ethereal model stepping out of the backlight.

Cyril crouched down and touched the sticky substance. His eyes curved slightly as he let out a low chuckle. "She plays rough..."

Evidence?

Vivienne looked up through the car window, her expression complicated.

She wasn't actually scared! Since she dared to mess with Julianne, she had already planned her endgame. But now that Cyril and Alaric were involved, she suddenly felt a wave of apprehension.

She was here to be their antagonist. Now she inexplicably owed them a favor. How was she supposed to fight them comfortably after this?

Julian thought she was getting emotional and immediately waved his hands to clarify. "Hey, don't get the wrong idea. We'd do the same if it were a stray dog belonging to the Ravenshire family."

Vivienne smiled a flat, emotionless smile and rolled up the window.

Perfect. Now she could go back to being their enemy with zero guilt.
