Ditched the Cheater. Pregnant by My Mr. Right
Chapter 272 Not Julian
He was a little bald at the temples and wore a pair of gold–rimmed glasses.
He was decent–looking, in an ordinary sort of way.
Finished
About five foot nine, dressed in a black suit–he looked more like an insurance salesman than anything else.
Rosalie hid the disdain in her eyes and looked away.
But the footsteps kept coming right up to her side.
She frowned and glanced over, ready to tell him to keep his distance.
Then the man spoke, “Rosalie.”
Rosalie froze. “Who are you?” Her tone was cold and arrogant.
Geoffrey Jones had seen her photos before and knew what she looked like.
But seeing her in person, he thought she was even prettier than in the pictures.
He just wasn’t used to this icy, distant version of her.
Whenever they chatted, she was always gentle, warm, and understanding.
Still, he thought it made sense that she was cautious around strangers, since she hadn’t met him yet.
He smiled. “It’s me. J
Rosalie’s eyes widened sharply. “W–Who did you say you are?”
“Rosalie, we finally meet, Geoffrey smiled. “Were you that surprised? I thought you’d recognize me right
away.”
Rosalie was stunned, her heart twisting with panic.
What are you talking about? This isn’t funny!
“I’m not joking. I’m J. You call me J intimately, remember?”
Geoffrey pulled out his phone and showed her their chat screen. “Look!”
Rosalie stared at him, dumbfounded.
Why isn’t this Julian? Who is this man?
How does he have Julian’s account?
This has to be a mistake. It just has to be.
She forced a smile. “Sir, I think there’s some misunderstanding. This account belongs to my boyfriend. How did you get it? What you’re doing isn’t right.”

Geoffrey frowned, confused. “Rosalie, what are you talking about? I am your boyfriend!”
“That’s impossible!” Rosalie’s voice rose sharply. “My boyfriend is-”

Geoffrey saw her fall silent and said, “I really am your boyfriend. We’ve been talking for so long; I could never mix you up with anyone else. Test me if you want–I know everything we talked about. I’m your boyfriend. Rosalie.”
Rosalie jumped to her feet. “No… this can’t be real.”
She thought back to how she’d first found the account and said, “If I remember right, this account was listed publicly on Apex Group’s official website…”
“Yeah,” Geoffrey said. “It’s my account. I’ve had it for years.”
“But the website said it was Julian Sterling’s work account…
Geoffrey chuckled. “Do you really think Mr. Sterling’s private account—or even his work account–would be posted publicly? The secretariat handled that page, and they used my account. I work in the secretariat.”
“What?!” Rosalie swayed on her feet.
No. This isn’t how it was supposed to be.
She stared at him in disbelief. “The account name is J. Isn’t that short for J from Julian?”
“Of course not,” Geoffrey said. “My last name is Jones.”
He pulled out a business card and handed it to her.
Rosalie looked down. The name “Geoffrey Jones” was printed clearly, along with: “Secretariat, Apex Group.”
How could this be happening?
She looked at him. “So… for the past three years, the person I’ve been chatting with this whole time was you?”
