The house looks pristine. Like he’s had a cleaner coming here everyday and a gardener to keep the outside looking brand new. It surprises me.

Clearly, he took the opposite route with our house then I did with my moms. Which I couldn’t be happier about. I would have been heartbroken if this house was burnt to ash when we got back.

I stand in the living room with Dallas and Liam, and just look around for awhile. Everything’s still here right where we left it. If it wasn’t so freaking clean, it’d be like we never left.

The house was never dirty, but it was lived in. It always showed a family, and all their friends occupied the house, but now it looks more like a museum.

I grab Liam’s hand, and he squeezes mine in return, “Come on, Angel.” He pulls me, and leads me up the stairs and to our bedroom.

Dallas stays in the living room, giving us some much needed space to be alone.

I go straight to our room, wanting nothing more than to lay down on our bed after not having a comfortable bed for so long.

I walk in and in here it looks like nothing was touched, everything looks the same. The bed doesn’t even look like it’s made.

He couldn’t come in here, he couldn’t let anyone else come in here. I get it, and honestly, I’m happy about it.

Though I see the few things that are missing that Mia gave back to us before we came here.

Liam sits me down on the couch and goes to change the sheets. Probably a good idea, one I didn’t even consider in my want to sleep in my bed again.

I stand up though and walk to the bathroom, strip down and get in the shower. A much needed shower. I took one in the hospital, but it’s just not the same.

After a minute of the hot water falling down my body, I hear Liam coming to join me. The fogged glass door opening and he steps inside.

He freezes for a minute, staring over the scars coating my body from what the witch did to me, and he takes a deep breath before walking closer to me and pushing me further in the shower and getting my hair wet.

He cleans my hair and then my body, then does a quick run down for himself before pulling me back under the water with him. My back to his chest.

He starts to slowly kiss from my shoulder to my neck, and a soft moan leaves my lips. Goddess, it’s been so long since we’ve been able to be together.

So long since I’ve felt his skin on mine.

I turn my head, and our lips meet. Slow and easy as the kiss seems to melt away all of our problems if only for a

moment.

It’s always felt like that with him though. When we’re together like this, there’s nothing in the world that

matters more.

His hand slides over my hip and up my stomach until he claims my breast and I moan, arching my body into his touch. Something about the sound I make sets him off and he turns me around and lifts me up into his arms.

Turning off the shower and carrying me out to the bed.

He sits down on the bed, kissing over my body, and my nerves erupt as he hits all the spots I’ve always loved.

He grabs my ass and lifts me onto his cock and slides me down ever so slowly so we both can savor every inch of the feeling.

We both

groan and his hand on my hip tightens as I start to move on him. His giant cock never didn’t stretch me, but after two years it feels like the first time all over again.

My head falls into his shoulder, and he grabs ahold of my head and we continue to move together, like we were made for each other. The Goddess told me we weren’t, that she gave him to me because she knew he’s who I wanted, but it’s hard to believe in moments like this.

When we don’t even have our wolves back yet, and yet it still feels like we’re perfect for each other.
