Nira’s POV:

“Mom!” The moment the word escaped my lips, my eyes welled up and tears streamed down my face.

Natalie’s own tears fell even harder, but her expression broke into the brightest, most radiant smile I had ever seen. “Yes, baby precious girl!”

Beside her, Killian shifted anxiously, his voice hopeful. “Nira… how about calling me bad?”

“Dad!” I turned and threw my arms around him without hesitation.

This man-a powerhouse in the corporate world-now looked like an overjoyed kid who’d just been handed the best gift of his his eyes crinkling as he laughed through his own tears. He held me carefully, one hand gently stroking my hair. “I’m here, sweetheart… Your dad’s right here, and I’m never leaving your side again…”

Nearby, Desmond feigned jealousy and stepped closer. “Hey now, what about me? Your favorite cousin?”

“You’re the best!” I tossed him a playful wink. He shot Kade a smug, triumphant look in response.

Kade stood a little apart, simply watching me, his gaze soft and unwavering.

Natalie reached for his hand then, her voice thick with emotion. “Kade… thank you. For being there for Nira all this time-when i couldn’t be.”

Killian let out a low, mock-stern grunt. “The

boy’s alright, I suppose. But if he thinks bonding formally with my daughter as mate going to be easy, he’s got another thing coming.”

I caught Kade’s eye and stuck my tongue out playfully. He responded with a small, helpless smile and a quiet nod.

Desmond announced the plane was ready to board. Natalie immediately took my hand, her grip almost nervous. “Nira, sit with m please? I have… so much I want to tell you.”

“Of course,” I agreed without a second thought.

Once we were in the air, I leaned against Natalie’s shoulder, listening as she spoke softly about all the years she’d spent missing m -her lost daughter.

Across the aisle, Killian sat watching me intently, his eyes barely blinking, as if afraid I might vanish if he looked away for even a

moment.

Feeling the weight of their love and longing wrapped around me, my chest grew warm, a quiet fullness settling in my heart

“We should host a formal gathering once we’re home,” Natalie murmured, her fingers gently combing through my hair. “Let everyone know the Hudson family’s daughter has returned.”

Killian’s loving gaze stayed on me as he added, “And we’ll redecorate your room. Tell me what style you like your dad knows some of the top interior designers in the country…”

Desmond leaned in and muttered under his breath, “Well, that’s it. Uncle’s officially in full doting-dad mode. No turning back Watching Nira surrounded by so much tove, I couldn’t stop the soft smile that touched my lips.

I knew, from this day forward, the girl who’d once fased the world alone would be wrapped in love from every direction.

And I felt honored-humbled, even–to be one of those entrusted with protecting her smile.

Even without a wolf spirit of her own, with the combined strength of the Hudson and Howell families behind her, no one woul ever dare look down on her again.

My mind was already set: the moment I ascended as Alpha King, I would make her my Luna.

Nira’s POV:

When the private jet touched down at the Creekshade Pack’s airstrip, a line of sleek luxury cars was already waiting.

Gordon stood at the front, leaning lightly on his cane. As his eyes landed on Natalie and me, his expression softened with deep emotion. “Finally… my family is whole again.”

Natalie linked her arm through mine, announcing with unmistakable pride, “Dad, we brought our Nira home.”

There, right on the tarmac, the Hudsons shared one long, tight group/embrace…

That evening, Hudson Manor glowed from within, every window light.

Staff moved with purpose, preparing rooms and arranging details, while the kitchen buzzed with activity for the homecoming feast.

I found myself at the center of it all, surrounded by family. Gordon personally clasped a delicate diamond bracelet around my w -a family heirloom. “This belonged to your grandmother,” he said, voice warm. “She always meant for it to go to her granddaughter…”

Natalie and Killian flanked me at the table, their attention unwavering, continuously filling my plate and checking if I needed anything…

Late into the night, I lay in a bedroom worthy of royalty, nestled under a silk duvet that Natalie had smoothed over the bed herself.

She sat on the edge of the mattress, gently patting my arm as if soothing a small child: “Sleep well, my darling. Mom’s right here…
