Chapter 130 Just Kiss Me

Eloise’s phone rang. It was the nurse.

She suddenly remembered something.

She thought, ‘Oh no, I totally forgot about Lorelei!‘

She had been so comfortable recently that Lorelei hadn’t even crossed her mind.

Then she answered the call.

The nurse’s voice came through. “Ms. Caldwell, your mother can be discharged. They need you and Bobby to come by.”

‘I just got to Franster, there’s no way I can go back right now, Eloise thought.

She replied, “I’m abroad and can’t make it back right now. Could you please keep looking after her for a bit? I’ll call Bobby.”

The nurse said, “Alright.”

Eloise called Bobby and said, “Hello, Bobby, Mom’s ready to be discharged.”

Bobby replied, “I’m busy at the moment. Can you handle the discharge for herMom and let her stay at your place for a bit? I’ll come get her once things settle down.”

Eloise frowned and said, “But I’m not even in the country right now.”

Bobby said, “Ask a friend to help you out.”

Eloise sighed, feeling helpless. “Bobby…”

“That’s it. I’m really busy now. I’m hanging up,” Bobby said, not giving her a chance to say anything else.

Eloise was just speechless.

She’d always known Bobby was cold, but she’d thought it was just toward her. She never expected that he’d treat Lorelei, who’d pampered him all his life, as the same.

At the beginning, he’d sounded so caring at first, and she’d actually thought he was the perfect son. But it only took a few days for his true colors to show.

She thought, ‘He told me to just wait, but honestly, who knew how long Lorelei would be stuck at my place?

‘Should I ask Juliette for help?

‘But Juliette is super busy with her job. It is not good to trouble her!

Just then, Grayson said to her, “Don’t worry, I’ll have Finn handle it and get someone to take Lorelei back to Ucrevine.”

Eloise glanced at him, saying, “Isn’t that too much trouble? Maybe it’s better if Lorelei just stays at the hospital for now. I’ll fly back tomorrow and deal with it myself.”

“Anything for you is never a hassle for me. Be good, enjoy yourself. Finn will take care of everything,” Grayson said.

Eloise blushed and said, “Thank you!”

Grayson smirked. “If you want to thank me, just kiss me.”

Hearing this, the driver was speechless.

Daniel was also speechless and then thought, ‘Mr. Pierce actually flirts like this in private? Damn, this is so not like him!‘

Eloise turned away, gazing out the window as her blush crept from her cheeks all the way down her neck.

Grayson chuckled and did not continue to tease her. He turned his attention back to his paperwork.

When they got to the hotel, Daniel and throne brought there to the hotel room.

Chapter 130 Just Kiss Me

Eloise searched the place and discovered there was just one room and only one bed.

She turned to leave. And Grayson followed quietly, seeming to know exactly what she was up to.

At the front desk, Eloise wanted to ask if there were any rooms left, but realized she didn’t speak their language.

She looked at Grayson and said, “Can you ask if there are any rooms available?”

Grayson nodded and spoke to the woman at the desk pleasantly.

His voice was low and charming.

Eloise didn’t understand a word he was saying. She just thought his voice sounded really good.

Grayson spoke with the woman for a moment, then turned to Eloise, saying, “There aren’t any rooms left.”

Eloise looked at him doubtfully and asked, “Are you sure you’re not lying to me?”

Grayson replied, “Why don’t you ask Daniel? He’s right behind you.”

Eloise turned around and saw that Daniel had also come down.

She asked, “Daniel, could you check if there are any rooms left for me?”

Daniel glanced at Grayson, kept a straight face, and replied, “Ms. Caldwell, there’s no need to ask. When I booked, there weren’t any rooms left. We’ll just have to manage with what we have tonight.”

After saying that, Daniel made up an excuse to run away.

Grayson shrugged at Eloise and said, “There is no way. Let’s head back to the room. You can have half the bed.” Eloise huffed, annoyed. “Why didn’t you have Daniel book a hotel with more rooms available?” she asked. Grayson acted all serious and nodded, saying, “Daniel really messed up this time. I’ll scold him later.”

Daniel was speechless.

He thought, ‘Who am I even doing all this for, anyway?‘

Not long after returning to the room, Grayson headed out, telling Eloise to stay put and wait for him. He’d be back soon to take her out for dinner.

Eloise rested in the room for a while. She was really bored and went downstairs for a walk without going far.

When Grayson got back to the room and didn’t see Eloise, he panicked in an instant.

When he called her and found out she was just downstairs, not far away, he finally let out a sigh of relief.

He said, “Wait there, I’m coming to find you.”

Daniel walked over and said, “Mr. Pierce…”

Grayson cut him off, “Cancel today’s schedule. I have other things to do.”

Daniel saw Grayson leaving in a hurry and whispered, “Is he here for work or just on vacation?”

Grayson found Eloise and grabbed her right into his arms.

Eloise’s chest stung a little from the sudden hug, so she gave Grayson a playful punch on the back. “What’s your deal?” she asked.

Grayson replied with a low and gentle voice, “I was worried you’d disappear.”

Eloise rolled her eyes, saying, “Come on, I’m not exactly easy to losel”

Grayson said, “Don’t wander off.”

Eloise replied, “I wasn’t wandering off. I just came downstairs to look around.”

After dinner, Grayson took Eloise out shopping.

While shopping, he dragged her into a designer bag boutique.

Eloise recognized the brand. Juliette had one of their bags, and she remembered someone had given it to her as a gift.

“Which one do you like?” Grayson asked.

Eloise glanced around and said casually, “I like them all.”

Grayson said something to the staff, and before Eloise knew it, they began clearing out an entire wall of bags, then moved on to the next wall.

She was shocked and rushed over, grabbing a white crocodile–skin handbag. “Grayson, this is the one I want! Just this one! Please put the rest back!” she said.

Grayson raised his eyebrows, a hint of amusement in his eyes.
