Chapter 94 Sleeping With You Tonight
Chapter 94 Sleeping With You Tonight
Eloise didn’t hand it over. “Just take it home and use it yourself.”
Grayson said, “If you don’t want it, I’ll just have to come over and sweep your floor every day myself.”
Eloise just stared at him, lost for words.
She gave in and handed him her phone.
Grayson flashed a smile, released Eloise, and started fiddling with her phone.
After Noah finished his bath, he crouched down on the floor, watching Grayson operate the robot vacuum.
“Daddy, can you show me how to use it?” Noah asked.
Grayson handed him the phone. “It’s all ready. Just press here and you’re good.”
Noah was super curious, poking around the screen nonstop.
Eloise yawned, turned off the TV, and walked over to grab the phone from Noah.
“Noah, bedtime. I’m going to sleep too,” she said.
She glanced at Grayson. “Could you turn off the lights and close the door when you head out?”
With a bang, the door shut behind her.
The door closed.
Grayson blinked, his eyes settling on Noah.
“Can Daddy sleep with you tonight?” Grayson asked.
“No,” Noah replied.
“Come on, let’s hang out and get some father-son bonding time,” Grayson coaxed.
Noah shook his head. “My bed’s tiny; you’ll squish me!”
Grayson just stood there, speechless.
“Goodnight, Daddy,” Noah said.
Then he turned and headed back to his room.
Grayson was left all by himself in the living room, first staring at Eloise’s door, then at the couch, as if weighing his options.
In the end, he turned off the lights, crashed onto the couch, his long legs dangling over the armrest.
Eloise was out like a light not long after she hit the pillow, totally clueless that Grayson was still crashing on her couch.
The next morning, Eloise got up early to make breakfast. When she spotted Grayson stretched out on the couch, she stopped in her tracks.
Grayson was shivering and curled up tight, trying to keep warm.
Eloise couldn’t help but roll her eyes.
‘Seriously? It’s freezing out, and this guy just slept here all night long without even a blanket?’ she thought.
Heating hadn’t kicked in yet in Ekloland, so the place was pretty chilly.
Eloise went back to her room, grabbed a blanket, and tossed it over Grayson to cover him up.
The commotion woke him up.
Grayson opened his eyes, about to say something, when he suddenly blasted out a massive sneeze.
Eloise frowned, went to the kitchen to boil some water, and grabbed a packet of cold remedy from the medicine box.
Before long, Grayson was sneezing up a storm.

‘Is he catching a cold?’ Eloise wondered.
‘Probably. His head feels all foggy,’ Grayson thought to himself.
He reached up and rubbed his temples.
Eloise came over holding a bowl and held it out to him. “Drink this.”
Grayson smiled faintly, sat up, and caught her finger with his own. “Come on, feed me.”
Eloise rolled her eyes, pulled her hand away, and turned to leave.
“I’ll drink it!” Grayson quickly reached out to stop her, took the bowl, tilted his head back, and gulped the medicine down in one go.
Eloise took the bowl and her footsteps tapped away as she headed back to the kitchen.
Grayson watched her dart around, busy as ever in the kitchen.
He smiled faintly, lay back down, and closed his eyes.
With the blanket on, he felt way warmer and soon dozed off, half-asleep.

“Daddy, Daddy… time for breakfast!” Noah called out.
Grayson opened his eyes to see Noah’s cute, squishy little face.
He reached out and gave Noah’s cheeks a couple of playful pinches, but Noah slipped away from his grasp and ran off to the dining room, settling in quietly to eat his breakfast.
Grayson sat up and spotted Eloise coming out of the kitchen, just as she looked over at him.
Their eyes met for a couple seconds, then Eloise was the first to look away, carrying her bowl into the dining
room.
Grayson got up, picked up a bag that had been left by the door, and headed to the bathroom.
He’d texted his assistant last night to drop off some clothes, and they’d already been delivered this morning.
Eloise was sipping her oatmeal when she heard the sound of running water coming from the bathroom.
Not long after, Grayson came out in a sharp suit, his hair perfectly styled.
He already had those chiseled features and a tall, lean build, but in that suit, he looked every bit the refined gentleman.
Noticing Eloise staring at him, Grayson walked over, leaned in with a playful smirk, and teased, “Am I really that good-looking? Caught you staring.”
Eloise awkwardly cleared her throat and buried her face in her oatmeal. “I wasn’t staring.”
Grayson slid into the seat next to her. “Don’t be shy, you can look all you want. I’m yours anyway.”
“Can’t you just eat quietly for once?” Eloise shot back.
“Eloise, I swear you’re getting better at playing hard to get lately,” Grayson teased.
“And I’ve noticed you’re getting super narcissistic lately,” Eloise retorted.
Noah sighed, “Can you two stop arguing and just eat your breakfast?”
Eloise was silent.
Grayson grabbed a fried egg and started eating.
“This is delicious,” he said.
Then he had a spoonful of oatmeal.
“The oatmeal’s amazing too. Eloise, hurry up and marry me, be my wife already. You’d make me the happiest man on earth,” he joked.
Eloise just stared at him, lost for words.

Noah couldn’t help but giggle.
After breakfast, Eloise came out dressed and ready, bag in hand.
Grayson and Noah were waiting for her by the door.
She handed Grayson a box of cold remedy. “Take this three times a day, and don’t forget to take it at noon.”
Grayson gave her a half-smile, looking at her with that teasing glint in his eyes.
Eloise pulled her hand back. “Fine, don’t take it then.”
“Of course I want it. I need you fussing over me,” Grayson said with a grin.
Grayson took the cold remedy from her hand.
They headed downstairs.
Eloise handed Noah over to Grayson. “You take him to school.”
Grayson just shrugged, totally fine with it.
Grayson grinned, “Eloise, let’s do lunch. I’ll come pick you up.”
Eloise just stayed quiet. After they left the elevator, she hit the close button.
Her car was parked in the underground parking garage.
Noah’s eyes lit up when he spotted the silver sports car, and he ran over, all excited.
Grayson opened the car door for him. “Hop in.”
Noah climbed into the sports car, kicking his legs in excitement.
Once Grayson got in, Noah asked, “Daddy, how much does this car cost?”
Grayson started the car and replied offhandedly, “About ten million dollars.”
