Soon enough, the surrounding hospital furniture had been smashed to pieces.
Both men had faces littered with dark, heavy bruises.
Blood trickled from the corners of their mouths.
The crowd of onlookers was growing by the second.
Finally, Julian and Sebastian were forcefully ripped apart.
The bodyguards restrained Julian once again.
Carter Miles quickly dispersed the gawking crowd, personally checking everyone's phones to ensure no photos or videos had been recorded.
Sebastian glared murderously at Julian. "Get the hell out!"
The bodyguards immediately dragged Julian toward the exit.
With a cold, hard stare, Julian laid down his final threat without hesitation.
"Sebastian, how many times do you think you can stop me? Sooner or later, I'm taking Helena away."
He issued the challenge boldly, completely ignoring the consequences.
"If anything happens to her, I will tear you apart using everything I have."
Julian kept his words sharp and to the point.
He was heavily outnumbered.
No matter how skilled he was, there was no way he could win a physical fight under these conditions.
Besides, as reckless as he liked to act, he still had to protect the Campbell family's reputation.
The Campbell Patriarch had already given him a long leash.
If Julian truly intended to bring Helena into his family, he simply couldn't afford to burn every single bridge in public.
Doing so would only make things infinitely harder for Helena in the long run.
That was the only reason he stopped fighting.
But Julian's blatant provocation left Sebastian's face looking terrifyingly grim.
"Throw him out!" Sebastian commanded, spacing out his words.
The bodyguards didn't dare stall for a second, practically hauling Julian out of the building.
When Lance James received the news, his face drained of color, and he rushed straight to the hospital.
Finding Julian outside, his brow furrowed in sheer exasperation.
"Right now, she's stuck in the ICU, and her baby is fighting for her life. Acting impulsively isn't going to help her one bit," Lance finished his point.
Julian didn't argue. Instead, he began mentally analyzing everything that had happened.
Lance didn't interrupt his thoughts, simply starting the car and driving him away.
Meanwhile, back at the hospital, Julian's explosive visit left Sebastian in a terrifyingly dark mood.
He glared at his security detail. "I said, no one is allowed near this floor!"
The bodyguards kept their mouths shut.
Everyone knew that once Julian Campbell snapped, nobody could rein him in.
And given his prestigious background, the security team had been terrified to actually hurt him.
It had ultimately resulted in an embarrassing, messy stalemate.
After chewing them out, Sebastian headed straight for the doctor's office.
He wanted a final update on Helena's cornea.
The doctor's expression was incredibly serious, and his answer hadn't changed much from before.
