As his voice fell, Julian stepped out of the car.
The press's camera flashes immediately locked onto him.
Under the glaring lights, he unabashedly straightened his suit.
In Coralia, the Campbell family sat at the very top of the pyramid.
After taking over the family, Julian had become the most ruthlessly direct power player in Coralia's business circle.
The Campbell family's empire had doubled under his control.
Compared to Donovan Campbell, Julian's ruthlessness, tactics, striking looks, and brilliance were constantly discussed by everyone.
He outshone even the biggest celebrities in Coralia's entertainment industry.
His undisclosed marriage, in particular, was always a topic of endless speculation.
Yet tonight, he didn't head straight for the gala.
Instead, he stood waiting by the car door.
This sent a wave of excitement through the press and the onlookers.
Rumors had already been swirling before the event.
Whispers claimed Julian was attending with his wife.
Naturally, everyone was dying to see Mrs. Campbell.
Coupled with his current actions, the atmosphere grew electric with anticipation.
Julian paid no mind to the crowd, patiently waiting for Helena to step out.
The tenderness in his eyes was impossible to hide; everyone could see it clearly.
It was just like whenever people asked him about his wife.
He had never avoided the subject.
He loved his wife deeply, his conviction leaving no room for doubt or denial.
He had never once taken off the wedding band on his left ring finger.
Given his status today, plenty of women tried to throw themselves at him.
He rejected them all with a cold face.
His words were never polite.
"My wife doesn't like the scent of another woman's perfume on me. Besides, I have no interest in people who throw themselves at me. It's too filthy."
Over time, the mysterious Mrs. Campbell only became more intriguing.
"Don't buy this brand again. They're garbage," he remarked bluntly.
She didn't argue.
These luxury brands were never designed for actual walking.
They were made for posing.
Helena stepped out of the car.
Completely ignoring the stares of the onlookers, Julian took her hand.
"Take it slow," he murmured, his voice incredibly tender.
Soon, she was standing securely beside him.
His hand rested on her waist. "Lean on me, it won't hurt as much. I'll make a few rounds inside, and then we'll leave."
"Okay," she nodded.
Their eyes communicated volumes without a single word.
The press pointed their cameras at the couple, snapping away frantically.
Unlike the previous sneak shots, Julian was proudly presenting Helena to the world.
