Lira’s POV:
She gasped in delight and carefully raised her foot.
Finished
When she saw her foot twitch upward slightly, joy spread across her face, mixed with pure disbelief. “It’s moving! My leg can actually move! The numbness is fading, bit by bit!
“Is this… is this real?”
Glenn grabbed her hands, his voice trembling, eyes blazing with wild hope and shock. “You really feel
better?”
“Yes!” The Luna nodded hard, then shot me a look overflowing with gratitude. “There’s strength in my leg now. It doesn’t feel like a dead weight anymore!”
I smiled. “Alpha, the nerve pathways in Luna’s leg are opening up. The main issue is resolved.
“I’ll write a prescription for targeted anti–inflammatory medicine and a rehab plan. Stick with it for six months, follow the training schedule, and she’ll walk normally again. There won’t be any lasting damage.”
“Good! That’s wonderful!”
Glenn kept nodding, his gaze full of newfound respect. “No wonder you’re Elder Krom’s student. So young, yet your skill is so precise. The Hidmoon Pack’s legacy is truly impressive.”
I stayed calm, took the paper and pen a servant offered, and quickly wrote down the formula and recovery instructions.
I outlined specific muscle stretches and nerve stimulation exercises, with clear frequencies, so the Luna could practice on her own at home.
“H–How… how is this possible!” Lonnie stammered, completely stunned.
His face had gone pale. Disbelief clouded his eyes.
Joshua flushed red, his earlier arrogance gone. He looked awkward as he mumbled to me, “Ms. Krom, I… I apologize for my rudeness earlier. You have real skill.”
Lonnie seemed to snap out of it. He hurried over and gave me a deep bow. His tone was sincere. “Ms. Krom, I was wrong. I was biased. I underestimated the Hidmoon Pack’s methods.
“Your technique is masterful. I admit defeat. I have no complaints.”
“No apology needed, Dr. Chandler,” I said. I finished the prescription, handed it to Glenn, then met Lonnie’s gaze steadily. “Just remember our agreement.”
Lonnie paused, then nodded quickly. “Of course. Don’t worry. I am a man of my word.”
He took out a business card and handed it to me. “This is my direct contact. When you decide to come to the Thunder Pack, call me. I will personally introduce you to the Thorne family,”

Finisher
I took the card. My fingertips brushed over the embossed letters. My heart gave a little jump. I wondered if Kael was part of this family.
I hesitated, wondering if I should just say Kael’s name out loud. Before I could decide, Glenn handed me his card as well.
“Ms. Krom, we owe you a great debt. If you ever need anything, call me anytime. If it is within the power of the Lightning Pack, we will not refuse.”
I accepted both cards without fuss.
The Hidmoon Pack needed resources and connections to grow. This favor was important.
