Howl of Destiny Alpha Ura’s Legend
Chapter 83 Cure or Fail?
Lira’s POV:
Fuished
Edward let out a deep sigh, gave them a disappointed glance, and then didn’t waste any words. He just grabbed me and headed to Lance’s room.
Inside, a couple of docs were about to draw blood from Lance, who was lying in bed. As soon as they saw Edward walk in, they froze and bowed. “Alpha.”
Edward waved them off, telling them all to get out.
I stepped into the bedroom and checked Lance out good. He looked like he was just napping–his perfect face was straight out of a comic book. Even with his eyes closed, they’d be killer if he opened them.
When I got close, my wolf spirit Victoria hit me up–his wolf spirit energy was super faint. That meant he was way worse off than I thought.
I sat down by the bed and ripped all the machines off him.
Real talk, I’d already figured out what was wrong the second I walked in.
All his brain nerves were blocked by poison. Without an antidote, those machines were totally useless- just taking up space.
I turned to Edward and warned him. “Mr. Golder, listen up–no matter what goes down, don’t make a peep.”
Edward looked confused as hell, but he nodded anyway.
I pulled out a medical needle I’d grabbed from the lab in my space. A blue glow–from the space energy- flashed on the tip. Edward’s eyes blew wide, totally shook.
I wasn’t shocked by his reaction. Even as the Alpha of the Fragrance Pack, no matter how much he’d seen, he’d never guess my ring let me hop into another space full of magic energy.
I didn’t bother explaining. I just focused and stuck the needle into the right pressure point on Lance’s head quickly.
The energy from the space, glowing blue, seeped into his pressure point through the needle. At the same time, I told Victoria to keep calling his wolf spirit–nonstop.
No clue how long it took, but black blood started dripping from Lance’s face.
Edward was so scared that sweat was pouring down his forehead like a waterfall.
I gave him a “chill out” look and kept going with the needle.
The black blood just kept coming, soaking a huge spot on the sheets. But it still wouldn’t stop.
I started feeling worn out, so I had to tap into Victoria’s energy. Finally, the black blood slowly turned red -the poison was gone for good!

1 let out a big sigh of relief, pulled back Victoria’s energy, and stashed the needle away.
Edward rushed over, panicking. “How is he? Is he gonna be okay?”
I stood up and looked at him. “He got hit with special silver poison–made just to take down us werewolves, I just forced all the poison out of his brain. If nothing messes up, he’ll wake up tonight.
“Hope this helps you track down the killer.”
The deep frown on Edward’s face melted away. He looked at me, all grinning, thanking me over and over.
