I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 164

Chapter 104

Chapter 164

Thalia kept glancing at the rearview mirror.

The car tailing her was a luxury ride, and she recognized the license plate. Her brows furrowed instinctively.

As they approached a bend, the traffic thinned out.

Thalia was turning the wheel when the car behind her suddenly surged forward.

Her eyes widened in shock, and she slammed her foot on the gas.

Is he crazy?!’ Thalia thought, her heart pounding.

Is he trying to crash into me?’

Thalia’s face was tense, her hands gripping the steering wheel tightly.

Clinton, watching the scene unfold, looked genuinely surprised. “Do you know who’s behind us?”

Thalja said. “Just a madman.”

Clinton hurriedly grabbed the armrest, his face turning serious. “We’re not going to die, are we?”

Thalia glanced at him, amused by his reaction. She smirked and said, “Relax. We’re not going to die.”

Clinton was speechless.

Man, this is seriously freaky,’ Clinton thought, feeling a chill run down his spine.

The car behind them was right on their tail, and Thalia kept her foot on the gas. Normally, it would take a bit longer to get to Clinton’s place, but they made it there in under ten minutes.

Once the car stopped, Clinton didn’t say a single word. He got out and rushed inside his house.

Thalia got out as well and walked over to the car parked just behind hers.

She knocked hard on the window.

After a moment, the door swung open, and Darion Blackburn emerged, tall and commanding.

Thalia lifted her hand, about to slap him.

But Darion grabbed her wrist, his warm hand holding her tight. Her expression darkened.

‘Darion, are you out of your mind?!” she snapped.

It was Darion Blackburn who’d been chasing after her all along.

He looked like he was about to ram her car!

With a sudden, forceful move, Darion grabbed her wrist, spun her around, and pinned her hard against the car

Above them, stars glittered in the night sky, while the streetlights cast a cold glow, letting the chill of the night seep into the air around them.

Chapter 164

Darion’s handsome face was icy, his piercing, obsidian eyes fixated on her “When did you and him get so close

Thalia struggled, trying to push him away, but Darion used his size to pin her down, making it impossible for her to break free.

“Why do you even care? Who I hang out with, who I have dinner with, that’s my freedom,” Thalia retorted, her eyes cold and a mocking smirk on her lips.

“Just like I tried to control you, but you never cared what I said. Darion, since you refuse to divorce me, let’s stop meddling in each other’s business and just live our own lives. Wouldn’t that be nice?”

Her words were sharp as blades, mercilessly cutting straight into his chest.

Darion stared at her soft, beautiful lips, lips that could spit out such venom. His eyes darkened with rage.

He grabbed the back of her neck, forced her to tilt her head up, and claimed her lips in a fierce kiss.

He didn’t want to hear another word of her cruelty.
