But Darion wrapped his arms around her waist, lifted her up, and pinned her firmly against the wall.
Thalia’s expression was full of protest, but he ignored it. He spoke in a deep, serious tone, Thalia, I had the procedure done. We can have a baby now.”
“I told you, I don’t want one!” Thalia shouted.
She beat at his chest with all her strength, her voice hoarse from screaming.
But it was no use.
The gap in their strength was glaringly clear in that moment.
Her resistance was nothing to him; he pinned her down with barely any effort.
He was nearly wild with desire, and by the end. Thalia was left weak and trembling, her legs and waist aching.
When everything was over, he gently stroked her belly, his gaze growing more intense. “Thalia, the seed’s inside you now. It won’t be long before it sprouts.”
Thalia trembled all over, her eyes swollen from crying. She turned her back to him, her eyes cold and tinged with hatred.
Thalia hated Darion with every fiber of her being.
She bit down hard on her lip, trying desperately to keep her emotions under control.
She closed her eyes and remained silent.
Darion lay beside her, and soon his steady breathing filled the room. He was already asleep.
Thalia was utterly exhausted, but she couldn’t sleep. Once she was sure Darion was completely out, she forced herself to get up, pushing through the ache between her legs. She slipped into the study, opened a drawer, and pulled out a bottle of pills.
She’d made sure to have birth control ready.
She knew Darion was unpredictable, a ticking time bomb who could snap at any moment. And he’d already made it clear he wanted a baby.
So of course, he’d gone and gotten the reversal done.
There was no way in hell she was ever having a child with him.
She swallowed the pill with cold water, finally letting out a shaky breath. Utterly spent, she slumped onto the couch.
The night deepened, growing colder and more silent around her.
She curled up, misery settling over her like a suffocating storm cloud, making it almost impossible to breathe.
The next day. Thalia called up a real estate agent, determined to sell this place.
She was going to buy herself a new home.

Chapter 219
At the very least, she wanted a gated community where only registered residents could get in, no one would be able to enter without her say-so.
She even made sure to avoid any properties developed by Blackburn Group.
After some searching, she finally found a neighborhood that felt right.
But she never expected to find out Sebastian Flynn actually lived here.
The whole place was developed by a real estate company under Flynn Group.
She was just there to check out a house when she bumped into Sebastian.
“Hey, Thalia, is that you? What are you doing here?” Sebastian Flynn looked genuinely surprised as he came over to say hi.
Thalia blinked, just as surprised. “I’m here looking for an apartment,” she replied.
Sebastian grinned. “I live here, on the 21st floor. Which floor are you checking out? This building’s pretty great.”
’17th floor,” Thalia answered.
Sebastian asked, “Do you have any other requirements? I can ask around for you.”
