I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 233

Chapter 233

Darion’s voice was full of regret, but his hand lingered on her belly.

The warmth from his palm spread through her stomach, driving away the chill and pain.

Thalia pushed him away. “Can you go now?”

Darion blinked, genuinely puzzled. “Why would I leave?”

Thalia gave him a mocking look. “I can’t meet your needs anymore. Why stick around?”

As soon as she said that, Darion’s face darkened.

“So that’s all I am to you? Just a guy whose mind is always in the gutter?” His voice was cold and flat.

Thalia didn’t say a word, but the look in her eyes said it all.

Yeah, that’s exactly how she saw him.

Darion actually laughed out of sheer frustration, unable to believe what he was hearing.

Without another word, he picked her up and carried her toward the bed.

Thalia’s eyes widened in shock. “Are you crazy? I told you I’m on my period!”

Darion set her down on the bed, his voice low and cold. “If that’s all I ever think about, why would your period even matter to me?”

Thalia was so stunned she couldn’t get a single word out.

His breath washed over her as he kissed her wildly, claiming her breath and her sweetness.

Thalia finally snapped out of it and fought back fiercely.

Thalia was breathing hard, her voice shaky. “Darion, don’t make me hate you!”

‘You don’t hate me already?” Darion pulled back, his eyes dark as he took in his handiwork.

Thalia didn’t say a word.

But somehow, Darion calmed down. He smirked. “That means you still love me.”

Then he lay down next to her, wrapped her in his arms, and placed his hand on her belly, gently massaging it.

Thalia’s limbs felt like jelly, and it took her a while to recover. She tried to turn over and get up, but Darion kept her pinned down, so she had no choice but to stay in bed.

His breath brushed against her ear as he murmured in a husky voice, “There are other places on your body I could make use

Thalia instantly went still, not daring to move.

Thalia was tense all over, her nerves stretched tight. Darion’s steady breathing in her ear and the heat from his palm on her stomach slowly melted away the cold deep inside her.

She didn’t even realize when she finally relaxed. Her mind fuzzy. Thalia slipped into a hazy, restless sleep.

When Thalia woke up, it was still the middle of the night.

The room was pitch black and felt strange, and Darion was still holding her close, his warmth spreading through her.

Thalia managed to wriggle free and slipped into the bathroom. When she came back, he was still lying on his side, sleeping deeply.
