“Not at all. Come on, I’ll head out with you,” Thalia replied with a smile.

Sebastian gave Shyla a slight nod, then followed Thalia out.

In the elevator, Sebastian asked, “How’s your workload lately? Still keeping you busy?”

Thalia replied, “I’ve got about two weeks left before I wrap things up.”

Sebastian flashed a grin. “So, how about coming over to my side? I just started a voice studio, and we’re seriously short- handed. If you’re interested, I’d let you take charge and run the whole place.”

Thalia looked genuinely surprised, then said, “Sebastian, are you offering me a job? You want me to work for you?”

Sebastian adjusted his glasses and said, “I can tell your current job isn’t making you happy. I just want you to be happier and feel more comfortable.”

Thalia paused, a bit surprised. She hadn’t expected an outsider to see right through her like that.
