Keith trembled, fear written all over his face as he looked up at Darion.

Darion turned to Miya. “If you want to leave, fine. But Keith stays. He’s Emely’s son, and he belongs with the Blackburn Family.”

With that, he turned and walked away.

“No! You can’t do this! That’s my son!” Miya stared at him in shock and outrage, her eyes wide with disbelief.

She flung herself out of the car and charged at Darion, reckless and desperate.

There weren’t many cars around, but that didn’t mean it was completely empty. Suddenly, a car came speeding straight

toward them.

“Darion!” Helen cried out.
