I Divorced You Now You Beg (Thalia and Darion) novel Chapter 481

Chapter 481

Chapter 481

Darion felt another surge of frustration. ‘What’s the point of this silent war between us, especially now when things are so tense?’ he thought.

It was painfully clear to him now. He no longer had a place in her heart.

So it didn’t matter what he did anymore; she wouldn’t care either way.

That was why he came home early today.

Darion’s shadowed gaze lingered on Thalia’s face, which was lit up with a smile. His heart gave a subtle

tremor.

He strode over, and as soon as Thalia noticed him, her smile faded away.

‘Is she really that unwilling to see me?’ Darion wondered, frustration bubbling up inside him.

Annoyance flared deep within Darion, and he suddenly reached out, grabbing her wrist.

Thalia’s delicate brows drew together. “What are you doing?”

She shot him a guarded look.

Like he was some sort of monster.

Darion lowered his gaze slightly and said in a calm voice, “There’s been some progress on that issue.”

Thalia’s struggle paused for a split second, but before she could react, Darion tugged her along, dragging her toward the villa.

Bonnie stood off to the side, watching Darion. She thought about saying hi, but he didn’t even notice she

was there.

His eyes were on Thalia the whole time.

Bonnie looked down, biting her lip in disappointment.

Diana watched their retreating figures and asked, “Where are they going?”

Bonnie replied, “Mr. Blackburn and Thalia have something to talk about. Diana, should we walk around a bit more?”

After a few seconds, Diana shook her head. “No, I’m tired. By the way, do you have a phone? Can I borrow it?”

Bonnie nodded. “Yeah, sure. Who do you want to call?”,

She took out her phone and gave it to Diana.

Diana stared at the smartphone for a while, then shook her head. “Never mind. I can’t remember the number.”

Then Diana wobbled to her feet and made her way toward the villa.

Bonnie hurried to steady her. “Want me to ask Thalia? Maybe she remembers.”

“No need,” Diana said, shaking her head. “Never mind. If I can’t remember, then so be it. It’s not anyone important.”

Bonnie nodded. “Alright.”

Upstairs.

As soon as they stepped into the room, Darion pinned Thalia against the door, his heat closing in around her.

Before she could even react, his lips crashed onto hers, hot, hungry, and relentless. He sucked, licked, and dove in deep, tangling his tongue with hers, leaving his taste all over her in seconds.

“Mm!” Thalia let out a muffled sound.

Thalia was completely caught off guard by his sudden move. Still stunned, she instinctively tried to push him away.

But Darion seized both her wrists in one hand, twisting them behind her back. The move forced her body flush against his, while his other hand gripped the back of her head. His imposing figure pressed her in, leaving her utterly helpless. She couldn’t even budge.

The kiss became frantic and searing, as if he was desperate to consume her whole. The suffocating sensation hit Thalia hard. She could barely breathe, and tears sprang to her eyes from the overwhelming force.
