Chapter 506
Bonnie’s eyes flashed with intensity at Thalia’s words.
‘So they’re bound to get divorced eventually?
‘Does that mean I still have a shot?’ Bonnie wondered.
Bonnie lowered her head and immediately saw the result on the pregnancy test.
“Thalia, look!” Bonnie called out.

Thalia looked down and saw there was only one line on the test. The moment she saw it, she instantly relaxed, letting out a breath she didn’t know she’d been holding.
“Thank God.
‘Not pregnant,’ she breathed in relief.

She picked up the test and took another look, just to be sure there was only one line. Once she was certain, she dropped it in the trash.
Her tone was much brighter now as she said, “Come on, let’s go buy something fun for Diana.”
Bonnie nodded. “Okay!”
When they got home, they saw Darion was already back.
His piercing, dark eyes fixed on Thalia, his expression impossible to read.
Thalia instinctively lowered her gaze, feeling inexplicably guilty.
But then Thalia snapped out of it. ‘Why am I even feeling guilty?’ she wondered.
‘It’s not like I did anything shady!’ Thalia reassured herself.
Thalia lifted her gaze and headed straight over to Diana, opened her bag, and pulled out some toys.
There was a puzzle for seniors and even a video game console.
Diana burst out laughing, half amused, half exasperated. “You little troublemaker, are you treating me like a kid now?”
Thalia grinned and said, “Who says adults can’t play with stuff like this? I love this puzzle! Diana, come join me, let’s play together.”
Then she pulled out some yarn and knitting needles, giving Diana a sweet, pleading look. “Diana, can you make me a scarf? Please? You used to knit me mittens when I was a kid.”
Diana hesitated for a few seconds, then chuckled, “A scarf, sure. But those toys? I’ll leave them to you, kiddo.”

Thalia grinned. “Alright, we’ll just set them aside for now. Whenever you feel like playing, we can pull them out.”
Thalia waved the yarn and started describing the scarf she wanted to Diana, who listened with genuine interest. Having something to keep her busy really lifted Diana’s spirits. She looked so much more energetic and cheerful now.
Darion Blackburn’s gaze kept drifting over to Thalia from time to time, his eyes brooding and intense, making her feel an inexplicable sense of pressure.
Thalia kept Diana company for a while, chatting together, then returned to her room.
Just as she was about to close the door, a hand suddenly pressed against it, stopping her.
Thalia looked up at him and asked, “Did you need something?”
Darion asked, “Where did you go today?”
Thalia smirked. “Didn’t you have someone follow me? Why bother asking when you already know?”
Darion’s eyes lingered on her belly. “Did you buy a pregnancy test? What did it show?”
Even though she knew he’d had someone following her, hearing him admit it still pissed her off a little.
Thalia held back her temper and said, “I’m not pregnant.”
Darion’s brows drew together. “Really?”
“Even if I were, I’d just have an abortion. So don’t even think about getting your hopes up,” Thalia said coldly, her voice icy and unyielding.
Darion’s face grew cold, his dark, hawk-like eyes fixed on her with a pressure that was hard to ignore.
