Chapter 659
Jason couldn’t help but widen his eyes. “Seriously, this is wild. Darion was in such a foul mood this morning that Ryan and I
didn’t even dare to breathe. But just now, I could actually tell he seemed to be in a better mood.”
Thalia barely even acknowledged him, and he’s already back to normal?’ Jason thought, a bit dumbfounded.
Dax snorted. “So what? Sooner or later, Thalia’s gonna kick him to the curb.”
Jason rubbed his nose and said, “Honestly, I don’t think it has to end in a divorce.”
His voice got softer and softer as he carefully glanced at Thalia’s expression.
Thalia just stared out the window, didn’t even look his way.
Jason let it go right away. This was their business, and nobody else could decide for them.
The fishing village was pretty big, and every house was surprisingly modern and well set up. Under the big tree at the entrance, there were stone tables and benches, and a few old-timers were hanging out, shooting the breeze.
The car rolled to a stop. This was as far as the GPS could take them. If they wanted to actually find where Natasha Riley lived, they’d have to hop out and ask the locals.
Jason hopped out of the car with a friendly smile. “Hey, folks, I’m looking for someone. Do you know Natasha Riley?”
“Oh, you mean Dr. Natasha?” one of the grannies chimed in.
“Are you here to see her for a check-up too?” she asked.
Jason’s eyes lit up. “Yeah, that’s right! Do you know where she lives?”
The old lady pointed deeper into the village. “Just keep going in. Her place has a willow tree out front.”
“Thanks a lot!” Jason flashed a sweet, boy-next-door smile that old folks just loved. The grannies couldn’t help but check him out, and one of them suddenly asked, “Hey, young man, are you seeing anyone? What are you seeing Dr. Natasha for?”
Jason’s smile faded a little. “I’m already married.”
“Already married at your age? What a shame,” one of the grannies sighed.
Back in the car, Jason said, ‘Keep going straight. Natasha’s place is the one with the big willow tree out front.”
The car started up again, rolling down the asphalt road deeper into the village.
After about two minutes, they spotted the big willow tree. The car pulled up to the gate, and they checked out the two-story house. Everything looked tidy and well taken care of.
They all got out of the car, and Jason walked over to ring the doorbell.
After about three minutes, a middle-aged woman dressed plainly came out to greet them.

Chapter 659
Who are you?” she asked.
As she spoke, her eyes paused on Thalia for a moment.
Jason smiled and said, “We’re here to see Dr. Natasha. Is she home? Would she be able to see us?”
The woman nodded and stepped aside. “Come on in. Dr. Natasha went out to pick up some things, but she’ll be back soon.”
She led them into the living room and poured them some coffee.
This coffee is good for relaxing and clearing toxins. Just have some while you wait. She’ll be back soon,” the woman said, then turned and left.
Jason was feeling pretty parched, so he picked up the cup, took a sniff, and said, “Whoa, smells like some kind of remedy’
Just as he was about to take a sip, Thalia reached out and stopped him.
