Thalia’s eyes flew wide, and she anxiously grabbed Darion’s arm.

Darion turned and took her hand in his, his voice calm as he asked Viola, “Which country did he go to?”

“Bris Island,” Viola replied.

Viola took a deep breath and asked, “Did he find any trace of Wendy? Is he going to look for her?”

The answer was clear as day.

Whenever it comes to Wendy, Jason completely loses his head.

He left without telling anyone.

Darion’s voice grew heavier as he said, “I’ll send someone to intercept him and bring him back.”

Viola replied seriously, “Please, I’m counting on you. He absolutely can’t get into any trouble.”

After hanging up, Darion turned to Thalia and said, “Call Ryan.”

Thalia found Ryan’s number and dialed it. After three rings, the call connected. “Hello, Mr. Blackburn.”

Darion said in a low voice, “Jason went to Bris Island. Contact Ethan and stop him, no

matter what it takes.”

Ryan paused for a moment, then realized how serious things were. “Got it, I’ll handle it right away.”

After hanging up, Darion frowned. “What a mess.”

Jason had barely recovered, and he couldn’t even handle someone like Dax. How does he have the guts to go after Wendy all by himself?

Just then, an icy robotic female voice chimed in. “He’s acting with purpose. Did he figure out where Wendy is?”

Even though it was just an electronic voice, Darion could still pick up on how anxious she sounded.

He said, “Didn’t you show him those photos before? Maybe he spotted something in them.”

Thalia looked really tense.

She was worried sick about Wendy, but she definitely didn’t want Jason recklessly

Darion was speechless.

The atmosphere in the living room froze up because of Jason.
