Oriana didn’t say another word. She just turned around and walked off.

Fuming, Luna lunged forward to grab her, but Oriana whipped around and shot her a look so cold, so fierce, it froze her in her tracks. Luna stood stiff, completely paralyzed by the chill in that stare.

Last time, she got slapped by Oriana–twice. And she’d personally witnessed Oriana dislocate Nyla’s arm. No way she had the guts to try her again.

Luna bit down hard on her lip, screaming from where she stood. “You lied to me! Grant doesn’t even want you anymore—you’re just used trash!”

Oriana didn’t even flinch at her pathetic, raspy yelling. She was already gone, walking away with her usual calm grace.

But Luna couldn’t calm down. Not even close.

Because she remembered it all too well–after that dinner, Grant’s Maybach just disappeared. No one saw

it leave.

Something definitely happened that night. No doubt about it.

The moment Oriana stepped back onto the grass, both Grant and Owen instinctively turned their eyes toward her.

Their intense stares burned into her back, but Oriana acted like she didn’t notice. Chin held high, she walked straight back to Zara’s side.

Zara glanced over her shoulder, then immediately leaned in, her face tight. “You were gone for a bit, and then I noticed that fake sweetheart was missing too. Did she come looking for trouble?”

Oriana gave a faint smile. “She doesn’t have the power to mess with me anymore.”

There was something deeper in Oriana’s calm this time–a steadiness she hadn’t shown before.

Zara’s worry faded into a grin. Her eyes sparkled as she clicked her tongue and nodded. “Not bad. You’ve really grown. I gotta admit–this marriage might’ve been the right move after all-”

Oriana’s ears turned a little red. “Can’t I grow on my own? Why does it always have to be about marriage?”

Zara rested her chin on her hand and got all serious. “Sure, some of it’s your own growth. But there’s a light in you I’ve never seen before. That means someone out there is influencing you–and in a good way. He’s helping you become even better.”

Zara meant every word.

Oriana paused, just a bit stunned.

The crowd couldn’t help gasping.

“Mr. Holloway really went all out for Luna, huh?”

“Is that a star made of flowers? That thing looks nearly ten feet tall! How many flowers did that take?”

“Those are Blue Enchantress roses! I got one for my girlfriend once–over a hundred bucks just for one!”

“Damn… so this whole thing must’ve cost tens of thousands!”

“Tens of thousands? Try closer to three hundred thousand! These are all the Blue Enchantress roses from Seabar, arranged overnight. Labor alone’s thirty grand. The total? Nearly 300K!”

He looked at her with soft, affectionate eyes. “Luna, you once said you wanted a blue night sky. So I brought it to you. Do you like it?”

Luna threw herself into Grant’s arms, and the two of them embraced sweetly in front of the romantic bouquet. It looked like a scene straight out of a romance movie.

Willow and the other girls quickly crowded around them, laughing and cheering.

“Luna and Mr. Holloway are seriously perfect together. We’re all so jealous right now.”
