They found two leather outfit blueprints, two Defense Cards, two Summon Cards, a Small Bomb, a blueprint for a Speed Card, an underwater smoke bomb, a blueprint for a Harpoon Launcher, and several Advanced harpoon blueprints.

Besides these, there were blueprints for a cotton–padded jacket and a princess dress.

Leeanne figured that since the sewing table was finally unlocked, clothing blueprints could finally start dropping.

They split everything up, and Leeanne took the cotton–jacket blueprint, the princess dress blueprint, the underwater smoke bomb, and one Defense Card. The rest went to Emmett and Gideon.

Worried she might run into trouble tomorrow, Emmett and Gideon insisted on giving her the Speed Card.

After thinking it over, Leeanne decided to make each of them a cotton jacket.

She was short of duck down but had plenty of cotton. The cotton–padded jacket was also very warm. It was also long, reaching down to the calves.

By the time she finished, it was already past midnight.

Gideon and Emmett hadn’t been summoned for 24 hours yet, so they had to stay on Leeanne’s raft.

But they still thought the night was too dangerous, so they decided to take turns keeping watch as they always did, one on guard, one sleeping.

That was how they’d spent the past two nights.

Leeanne wanted to join their rotation, but Emmett refused.

He grinned. “You need to track Little Seal tomorrow, so you’ll be wiped out. Just get some rest tonight. Gideon and I can handle it. Just set out some of your fruit for us, and we’ll be more than happy.”

With so much fruit on hand, Leeanne set out a whole spread for them, then went off to rest.

“What’s going on?” Leeanne leapt down beside Gideon.

Gideon kept his eyes fixed on the distance, his face grim. “Something’s wrong. Over a thousand people just died in seconds.”

‘Its killing power really has ramped up again!‘ Leeanne thought, her heart sinking.

She grew serious and quickly pulled up the chat screen. The players were in chaos.

Did you guys hear anything? I was with my buddy. He heard some creepy scream, started shaking like crazy, and then just fainted.]

[Oh, my buddy just yelled and dove straight into the sea. Pretty sure he’s shark chow by now.]

[A few of us are still hanging in there, but some folks are losing it. What should we do?]

An hour ago, five or six hundred people died, and now another thousand just bit the dust. When will that monster finally quit?]

Leeanne looked up and saw, once again, a pair of massive, ghostly blue eyes floating in the air.

They were icy and savage. It was as if the beast wanted to rip apart anyone who met its gaze.

Leeanne’s heart pounded in terror.

Most folks wouldn’t even dare look at those eyes. Leeanne quickly dropped her gaze, unable to help herself.

Then, she looked up again, and those eyes were even bigger now, cold, empty, locked right on her, like a wild beast about to go berserk.

Her heart was racing out of control.

‘No way, I can’t just freeze up!‘ Leeanne pushed herself.

The Rapid Feather Arrow streaked through the air like a shooting star, tearing right into the darkness.

Suddenly, those eyes flickered, and it looked like huge, deep–blue waves rolled across the sky. An angry, bone- chilling roar echoed overhead.

Leeanne’s heart jolted, and she couldn’t help but clutch her Silver–Horned Bow even tighter.

But the roar faded, and the eyes disappeared.

The creepy feeling vanished, and Leeanne finally felt herself relax.

The sky seemed to brighten a bit, and the chat channel was lighting up with players talking.

[Are we safe now? Looks like the danger’s gone.]

[Yeah, I almost couldn’t take it anymore. That was terrifying. Can’t believe the monster actually spared us.]

[That was way too scary. My clothes are drenched. I need to get some rest.]
