The Endgame Chronicles (by Hugh White) novel Chapter 127

Chapter 127

Chapter 177

“Boss!”

“Boss!”

“Ms. Reid!”

As soon as Hayley stepped out, Derek and the others swarmed around her.

The way they looked at her was pure fan mania!

Today, Hayley revealed a hidden water-element gift and took everyone by surprise. None of them had imagined she was a Gifted, let alone that her gift was that powerful.

While most people were only able to conjure small fireballs or water spheres, she had waved her hand and summoned a full water wall!

How could someone be that strong? She was too impressive!

After everything that had happened today, they were completely convinced of one fact: Hayley truly deserved her title as the Boss, the best of the best!

They were nobody compared to her.

“You all okay?” Hayley asked casually.

“All good!”

Though they were battered and their combat suits were torn to shreds, not a single person had been bitten by a zombie.

Considering they had lost some comrades on B1, surviving B2 without a single casualty was nothing short of miraculous.

Thinking about it, their admiration for Hayley grew even more intense.

Even the group that had originally followed Nadia now looked at Hayley with complete awe. No wonder Liam’s team respected her so much.

She really was incredible. Definitely not an ordinary person.

“By the way, Boss, what brings you here?” Derek asked.

“Yeah, do you want us to help?”

“No need,” Hayley replied, scanning the crowd for Leonard and calling him over. “Leonard, go ahead and put up our marker!”

“On it!”

Leonard pulled a sign from the vehicle and replaced the old one at the gate with it.

Everyone watched his familiar movements, completely stunned.
