Chapter 370

Hayley lifted her palm, and a powerful column of water blasted straight into the dirt ceiling overhead

Instantly, huge chunks of soil collapsed.

At the same time, the swarm of zombies outside was still firmly blocked by an invisible wall

As they watched the tunnel cave in and the people retreat out of sight, they screeched and surged forward in a frenzy. Yet, not a single one could break through Hayley’s air barrier.

Seeing this, Liam was stunned all over again.

Another brand new ability.

On top of strength and speed enhancement, water-element, inventory-variant, and teleportation abilities,

Hayley had revealed yet another one.

What made it even more insane was that Hayley was controlling two abilities at the same time.

That level of control was practically monstrous!

Liam himself was a triple-Gifted. He knew better than anyone how hard it was to use two abilities simultaneously.

Splitting your focus meant double the control for each one.

Most people couldn’t even use a single ability properly, yet Hayley was running two at once, smooth and

effortless.

She was way too strong.

He was a level-five Gifted. Hayley had to be at least level eight.

Her ability level had always crushed everyone else.

Hayley had always been terrifyingly strong.

As she watched everyone finish retreating, Hayley pulled back calmly. The air barrier at the entrance thinned and weakened as she stepped back. Zombies rushed in one after another, but by then, the tunnel had already been destroyed by her water-element gift.

Once a collapse started, it couldn’t be stopped.

After about 50 feet of collapse, the newly dug tunnel no longer needed Hayley’s water pressure at all. The walls began to cave in on their own, with huge sections falling in a chain reaction.

Hayley turned and ran. The moment she burst out, more than 90% of the tunnel behind her had collapsed

The zombies in the underground chamber were completely sealed inside.

“Boss!”

The instant Hayley came out, a tall guy well over six feet let out a sob and threw himself straight into her

arms

Before she could say anything, a whole wave of dark figures rushed in.

Ethan and the others piled on top of her, swarming her like an incoming zombie wave, wild with

excitement.

“Boss!”

“Boss!”

“Boss!”

Hayley was utterly speechless.

They stacked on her three layers deep, wrapping Hayley in the middle, hugging her as if their lives depended on it.

“Boss, I knew you’d come save us. I just knew it!”

“Boss, I missed you so much!”

“Boss, I missed you, too!”

“Boss, we were this close to never seeing you again!”

“Boss…!”

The moment they opened their mouths, a wave of smell hit Hayley. It smelled like an ancient outhouse that had never been flushed.

She could tolerate being squeezed, but she couldn’t tolerate that smell.

“Ugh! Don’t talk! Shut up! Get off me! Let go!”
