Chapter 676
Hayley, who was still holding Laurel by the window, turned her head
She tossed Laurel back inside, then strode straight toward Felix without a word
Another idiot
Felix saw her coming and raised his voice. Let her go and apologize to us if you don’t, we’re not letting this go
Smack
Hayley slapped him so hard that he went flying.
“You know damn well the apocalypse hit, right? The world has gone to hell. Who owes you anything? Does the country owe you? Does the military owe you? Do we owe you anything?
“What the hell do you know, huh? You run your mouth about no one helping you. Do you even know what was done for you before all this? What those soldiers gave up for people like you?

They had used this before, back at Hayley’s base. Hayley’s meds were on another level.
They moved fast, stripping off the rough bandages and reapplying treatment properly.
Leonard and Thomas stepped in to help. One summoned a steady flow of clean water, while the other used controlled heat to sterilize the tools.
