The Invisible Girl's Revenge (Harper) novel Chapter 164

Chapter 164

Grayson

Once again, Harper rejected me. That was the one trick I thought was going to work on her, knowing how much she’d wanted that all these years. That was supposed to be our first kiss I wasn’t just doing it to test her. I was also curious what her lips would taste like, but she had other plans.

I didn’t even look back at her as she walked past me and left the store. I was still trying to deal with the pain in my balls. She could’ve killed me.

The store had cameras everywhere and I knew that I had to go up to security to get that footage deleted.

It was only at that moment I realized that I was trying to kiss her in a public place. We might’ve been just the two of us in that small space, but the cameras still caught it. That was what she did to me. I’d lost all my senses and just wanted to taste her lips right there. Nothing else had mattered at that moment and now I paid a heavy price for it.

I also hoped that no one had actually seen me in the store get pushed and walked over like that.

I heard voices approaching, making me stand more upright as I didn’t want to bring any attention to myself. It was going to be so embarrassing if someone would see me like that, especially one of the staff.

My balls throbbed so hard that I didn’t leave right away. I dragged my feet to get deeper between the two wardrobes.

When I got to the narrow space where I had trapped Harper, I leaned against one of the wardrobes and took out

I had to make it look like I wanted to be there, just in case someone was about to walk by.

And just a few seconds later, someone did. It was an elderly couple.

“Hello, young man,” the man said to me right from where he stood.

I smiled at him and his wife. “Hello.” I said with as little discomfort as possible.

“Are you buying these wardrobes displayed here?”

“No. I’m just waiting for something.”

“Then we’d like to see them.”

my phone.

He said nothing more than that and I just stood there, waiting for him to say something else. He smiled, like he expected me to get it and when I finally did, my eyes widened a little.

“Oh,” I said, with a nod of understanding.

They wanted me to leave that spot as it was the only way in.

I swallowed hard, thinking about how I had to walk out of there with my balls still throbbing.

“Of course,” I said.

Taking a deep breath, I began to drag my feet, looking down at my phone as a distraction. It was the only way my unusual walk would look like it was planned.

My grip on the phone tightened as I felt it with every step that I took.

When I finally made it out of the narrow space, I looked up from my phone to spot the closest chair. It was just a few feet away and that was better than leaving the store as I would have more steps to cover.

Chapter 164

The moment I took a seat, I hissed in pain. I had just sat on my balls, making me get up immediately. I realized at that moment that sitting down was worse.

It was then that I settled for walking as slow as possible while using my phone to make myself look busy. I received a message from the mall manager at that moment, asking if I was no longer interested in the tour.
