The Love I Begged For Was Never Real novel Chapter 531

The bodyguard opened the car door from the outside.

Gideon stepped out first, then turned around, extending a gentlemanly hand to help Nora out.

Nora ignored the hand suspended in the air, gripping the edge of the door to steady herself as she stepped out of the sedan.

She stood in the light breeze, her gaze complex as she surveyed their surroundings.

It was nothing short of impossible magic.

To completely renovate and rebuild an abandoned, massive amusement park in this remote town in such a short amount of time—rewiring the electricity, restoring the plumbing, and getting all those colossal, intricate machines running again.

The sheer amount of money and manpower required behind the scenes was an astronomical, jaw-dropping figure.

Gideon had somehow used the most brute-force method possible to literally throw money at this desolate corner of the world, pulling a breathtakingly beautiful fairytale wonderland out of thin air.

"Let's go. Take a look inside."

Nora stood perfectly still, staring at the unbelievable sight before her.

"You did this?"

She turned her head, her gaze icy as it landed on him.

Gideon stepped up beside her, nodding, a hint of anticipation in his voice.

"I had my people buy the land and brought in construction crews and equipment overnight. Every single safety mechanism has been reinforced, and I personally inspected each one. It's completely safe now."

He looked into her eyes. "This town is too quiet. There isn't even a decent place to have fun. Now that it's built, you can come here whenever you want."

Nora stepped forward, walking through the grand archway.

All the dilapidated rides had been either completely refurbished or outright replaced with brand-new, top-of-the-line equipment.
